Started a new walkthrough the other day with the new DLC. It was probably one of my best starts ever. I got through the prologue when the full map was revealed. And then the invisitor offers a mission to destroy the hive (where every turn methyorite falls on you and plague hangs). I was still happy when the feats offered +4 for refusing treatment (which I never used). It ended up being the hardest mission in my memory. The one that killed my entire squad. The only time I can remember that happening was on a cruiser hijacking, the first time. The bottom line is, intelligence is everything.
Why do the weapons have the yellow border? Can you buy assassin gear right from the equipment screen unlike regular grey knight gear that has to be purchased after missions?
Rewards for wargear/assassinorum is the one you need to upgrade during Grand Master Reports in order to access higher tier weapons for the assassins. You need regular requisition to pay for the items just like knights.
The answer is yes, for both DLCs you purchase their new Wargear directly from the loading screen. Duty Eternal uses Archeotech for currency, Execution Force uses the base game's Requisitions as currency.
Canon-compliant Eversor. VERY nice.
“Feeling powerful” is where it’s at!

I have a guide for those coming up soon.
This game whooped my ass. My first and last campaign was in miserable defeat lol.
I love your videos very useful to me. Quick question which is for you the strongest assassin ?
Callidus in the early game, Culexus in the late game.
