When you want two text boxes to have the same input (example: the same address), is there a way to keep the Data Label from changing when copy/pasting the text block?
I love your videos, and I have watch a lot but can't find the solution to what I am trying to do! Do you or does anyone know how you would set up letter where the "from address" would change based on a dropdown list or something? It is one standard contract, but it just gets sent out from many different locations and the address needs to change. I don't want to add a different contract for every location. Any ideas out there?
The 'from' depends on who the DocuSign user is or the Custody Transfer rules in the admin settings. There's no way to have a dropdown like you'd have in Gmail or Outlook
@@Solusign, meaning we have to choose between functionality within the DocuSign experience and functionality within the Zapier integration? It seems that we can't have both (unless you have a ninja trick up your sleeve).
This is a great feature but I have not been able to get it to work across documents within an envelope, only within a single document. Am I missing a setting, or do multiple documents need to be combined into a single pdf?

How can you take field values and use them in the finalized document name. Basically so the label is W-4 SMITH, John W-4 That way when you file the signed documents you don't need to relabel by name and document title.

Nope there’s no way for this unfortunately!

Is there any way to accomplish this while using a Zapier action? (This solution does not work while utilizing Zapier.)

You need to turn on the option in the data replication scope setting in the settings tab to “apply to all documents in the envelope”

Yes the sandbox and production have different sets of options if your production account isn’t on a commercial plan ;)
