Great video. Sometimes I am getting an error "Legacy version is retired switch to V2", even after converting the template and recreate a new one with a "Role" but seems the fields added on the template are note the same fields when uploaded a new CSV file. Any idea?
I noticed that all the documents came to your email with the same title. Is there a way that after the document is signed, that each envelop has a different title? Is there a way to set up the CSV so that each document sent out to each individual has a different name so that I don't have to search through each and every document? I am switching from Adobe Echosign (which has this function) to Docusign but I am unclear if it has the same function. I would really like to avoid renaming over 500 pdf documents manually.

I have tried to put it in the email header e.g. Please Docusign: [[Employee No.]] and also {{Employee No.}} in the bulk excel but it does not work... The above Employee No. is in the bulk excel template too. Hope to hear from you

There is no drop list when you press the START button. It takes you to the add documents screen. These directions do not track the actual application.
I am not seeing bulk on our paid account but you said you were on a demo account, are these features from the highest tier?
