    Just an FYI the W-9 form are for subcontractors not for employees. Employees would need to fill out W-4 and an I-9.

    Hello, what type of template (bulk or power form) would I need to set up if I need to send bonus plans for 500+ employees. Would this even be possible, being that each employee gets a different bonus plan? Not everyone is the same, and of course, they would be confidential so I would need to set it up so that nobody can see each others bonus plan. Thank you!

      You should do a bulk send CSV template

    Hello Sofian - I'm not sure if you can assist me or not but I created a template, incorrectly I'm sure now after watching your video. In the template, I added 80+ contacts & email addresses. I want each contact to receive their own copy of the attached agreements for their signature. I clicked on each party and added the signature fields, etc. One person (who I should have listed as view only) declined the envelope, and now all parties are unable to open, view and/or sign. I would appreciate any assistance you could offer that would limit me from having to retype all those contacts again. Thank you! Lisa

      Hi Lisa you can use the copy envelope with field data feature. Fist it needs to be turned on in the admin settings under sending settings, then you’ll find the feature in the manage tab or your account, in the voided items section. This will create a draft copy of the voided envelope and will allow you to resend without having to reenter recipient info or document field values

    How would I create a rule to trigger the EIN when a social is not entered and vice versa?

    • @Solusign

      You would need to use a formula field in conjunction with conditional logic. Watch my advanced conditions logic tutorial

    Document also does not allow to select fonts. Apparently you need a different version of DocuSign.

    Hello Sofian, really nice and useful video as usual. I have a question: it is possible with just one envelop send different documents, for instance Purchase orders (POs), to every vendor in a way that each vendor can't see the document of the other one? This is my outstanding issue on DocuSign at the moment, hope you can clarify this doubt. If it is possible for my job it should be a turned point.
    In short, the aim is to send the POs to be signed by different vendors to themselves, the logistic manager and CEO. So the first signer wil change every time while the other 2 will be always the same and also the document to sign will change according to the vendor that need to receive it. I hope I was clear enough and I hope especially it is possible to do that with DocuSign.
    Thanks in advance for your time and contents! Mary

      Hey Marivasa! I’m really not sure whether this is a good idea. If one vendor doesn’t sign it voids the envelope and you lost all the signatures of the ones who did sign. I would just send different envelopes. Hope this helps.

    • @marivasa754
      @marivasa754 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Solusign Hello Sofian, I'm sorry I have done a mistakes in my previous message. Just to clarify vendors are just the recipients of signed documents. Who has to sign the different POs are always the same 2 people. When the documents are completed they have to send them to each vendor who will receive the signed document. That's why is important to do a workflow where any vendor who receives the signed document can see only the its own one.

    If we need to send the W9 to a subcontractor that will need to use either the SSN or EIN. Is there a way to make it so they are required to complete the field but only SSN or EIN?

    • @Solusign
      @Solusign  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could create a logic in a way that forced them to provide SSN if they check a certain box and EIN if they select another box

    • @vickieloring1261
      @vickieloring1261 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Solusign I found another way to do this that I thought I would share. I made it so the SSN field has a conditional logic that has if the SSN field is blank, then the EIN field in required. That way, if they type data into the SSN field, the EIN will no longer be required. It has worked great!

    Can I have sign automation

    • @Solusign
      @Solusign  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can automate sending envelopes but not the actual signature of the envelope. An action is required for legal reasons.
