    Deluxe Tortilla Omelet Recipe
    Ingredients:
    - 3 large eggs
    - 1 small tomato, sliced
    - 1/4 small onion, diced
    - 40g carrot, shredded
    - 3-4 lettuce leaves, shredded
    - 1 small pepperoni, sliced
    - A handful of green onions, chopped
    - 50g mozzarella cheese, shredded
    - 2 tortillas or thin flatbreads
    - 20g butter, divided
    - Salt, to taste
    - Black pepper, to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    - Chop a handful of green onions.
    - Shred about 40g of carrot.
    - Slice a small tomato.
    - Dice 1/4 of a small onion.
    - Slice a small pepperoni.
    - Shred 3-4 leaves of lettuce.
    2. Mix the Eggs:
    - Crack 3 large eggs into a bowl.
    - Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
    - Add the shredded carrots and chopped green onions to the egg mixture.
    - Mix well.
    3. Cook the Omelet:
    - Melt 10g of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
    - Pour in the egg mixture and spread it evenly in the pan.
    - Place a tortilla or thin flatbread over the egg mixture.
    - Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
    4. Flip and Assemble:
    - Use a plate to help flip the omelet over.
    - Melt the remaining 10g of butter in the pan.
    - Put the omelet back into the pan, tortilla side down.
    - Arrange the tomato slices, diced onions, pepperoni slices, and shredded lettuce on top of the omelet.
    - Sprinkle with 50g of shredded mozzarella cheese.
    - Cover with the second tortilla.
    5. Finish and Serve:
    - Flip the omelet and fry until the cheese melts and the tortilla is crispy.
    - Once cooked, remove the omelet from the pan and slice it into portions.
    - Serve hot and enjoy!
