Ingredients:
- 1 lb. (450g) chicken bones
- 80g chopped carrots
- 100g chopped onion
- 80g chopped celery
- 3000 ml water
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken bones in a stockpot.
2. Add the chopped carrots, onion, and celery.
3. Pour in 3000 ml of water.
4. Half-cover the pot and bring the cold water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
5. Skim off any scum and impurities that rise to the surface. Avoid stirring while skimming.
6. Continue simmering for at least 2 hours, skimming as needed.
7. Once no more scum forms, filter the stock and allow it to cool.
8. Your clear chicken stock is ready for use! Store in the refrigerator or freeze for later use.

    Great one , So far my experience wiv Coconut flour has been' hard going', dry as a Camel however the addition of flax & cheese ..could make a huge difference ...x😂❤x

The recipe is here: Ingredients: - 50g pumpkin seeds - 450g white cabbage, thinly sliced - 350g purple cabbage, thinly sliced - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1 large apple, cut into thick strips - 3-4 green onions, finely chopped - A small handful of parsley, finely chopped - 1 small carrot (about 120g), grated - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard - Juice of 1 lemon - 3-4 cloves garlic, minced - 50 ml olive oil - Salt and black pepper to taste Instructions: 1. Toast Pumpkin Seeds: - Place 50g of pumpkin seeds in a skillet over low heat. - Stir constantly for about 7 to 8 minutes until lightly toasted. - Remove from heat and set aside. 2. Prepare Vegetables: - Thinly slice 450g of white cabbage and 350g of purple cabbage. - Cut 1 red bell pepper into thin strips. - Cut 1 large apple into thick strips. - Finely chop 3-4 green onions. - Finely chop a small handful of parsley. - Grate 1 small carrot (about 120g). 3. Make the Dressing: - In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard. - Add the juice of 1 lemon. - Squeeze in 3-4 cloves of minced garlic. - Mix well. - Gradually add in 50 ml of olive oil, stirring continuously. - Season with salt and black pepper to taste. - Mix well again to combine all ingredients. 4. Combine Salad: - Transfer all prepared vegetables (cabbage, bell pepper, apple, green onions, parsley, and carrot) into a large bowl. - Pour the salad dressing over the vegetables. - Stir evenly to coat all the ingredients with the dressing. 5. Add Pumpkin Seeds: - Mix in half of the toasted pumpkin seeds. - Cover the salad and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 6. Serve: - After 30 minutes, remove the salad from the fridge. - Mix the salad well again before serving. - Sprinkle the remaining pumpkin seeds on top.
