Yeah, all you have to do is wipe out the grill plat in the sink with soap and water and then do the same with the grease pan. But after you finish cooking you should clean it because I have waited for the next time to clean it and it was a little harder because it dried onto the pan.
When you flip your burgers if you do a half turn you will get the nice criss cross grill marks.

No, it's fresh, so it tastes good without it. Best burgers I have ever had.
