Great video, Richie! Also, anybody using Global knives is automatically a friend! Thanks from across the pond in Austin, TX! My first cook on the NWFG was a 3.5 lb brisket. Turned out beautifully! Can't wait to cook up some burgers in the next day or so!
Hey John, I’m honoured to discuss bbq and smoking with a true Texan! Want to visit some of the smokehouses there with the wife at some point. Wow! A brisket for your first woodfire cook, that’s brave 😆 pleased it turned out for you. Thanks ever so much for stopping by and dropping a comment, great to hear from you buddy. Global knives! 🔥 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
@@RichieTheFoodie If you and your wife are planning to ever get to Austin, let me know!
@@johnchamberlain303 we will make it happen in the next few years so I’ll hold you to that! We’ve visited the east and west coast, so we want to experience a completely different part of the states, next. Cheers!
Looks delicious. ❤️🌺
Thanks so much, I really do appreciate your support as always. It makes a lot of difference 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
Another good video 👍🏻
Aww thanks Lisa. I really appreciate you watching the video and taking the time to leave a comment. It all really does help 🙋🏻♂️😀
Great looking burger Richie!
Thanks, I love the Ninja Woodfire, highly recommend. I appreciate your support, thank you 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
Thanks very much for watching, I really appreciate your generous support. What’s your favourite thing to cook on the WFG? Let me know
I found you through Thermomix (never got one) and stayed for the woodfire grill - sold, because Ninja says to not leave the beast outdoors... I'm too old to be schlepping that device in and outta my condo lol, thanks for all your great content!!
Hey there. The Thermomix is a great piece of kit but very expensive. As for the ninja, I can’t speak highly enough of it. It’s very, very good. I’m hoping to leave mine in the garage over winter but I’m undecided. I really appreciate you hanging around and thanks for the really cool comment. Each and every one really does help. All the best 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
Alright mate. Hope youre good Rich. The touch of garlic makes alot of difference. Cheers for the vid.
Hi buddy, I’m really well thanks, I hope you are too. It most certainly does, you don’t need to over complicate things hey. Can’t beat a good burger!
Yummy! What cheese did you use?
Hi Nigel. I used Dairylea slices. Sorry, it just has to be processed cheese on a burger 🍔 Thanks for watching and supporting the channel 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
Heh, you were getting drenched and I was in a draught. Looks good man. I generally don't internally season my burgers as it can make them tough due to the salt denaturing proteins. How did these come out on the toughness aspect?
We’ve been getting drenched here for weeks on end. The worst Summer I can remember! Thanks buddy. I know what you mean about internally seasoning burgers. I used to season just before they go on the grill, just like a good steak. To be honest, I’ve tried both but I can’t really tell much difference in moistness and texture. I guess it probably would if you left them overnight, but I’m no food scientist😀. Thanks for watching man, I hope you’re keeping well 🙋🏻♂️
Where have you been? Missing your Thermy recipes HOPE YOUR WELL!
Hellooo. I’m still here, alive and well. Thanks for asking.
Sorry, I don’t use the thermie as much over summer as I’m constantly bbq cooking!
I’m publishing a thermie receipt tomorrow! Sri Lankan Beef Curry. Keep an eye out for it. Thanks for stopping by and showing your support. Much appreciated 🙋🏻♂️😀RTF
@@RichieTheFoodie Happy to hear you are well, its good to know. will keep my eyes peeled. Enjoy your BBQing
