    To me stress is one of the basic reason of serious illness especially related to mental. Rushed life, worry for future, living in busy city (we came from nature, but now we are away from nature and stuck in a tall buildings) and other feature of modern day may lead to stressful life. Modern life is something that even we hardly to keep time spending our beloved ones.

    I think the stress, anxiety, and the pressure of life it reasons for bad memory, so the opposite of this stuff like relax, social, and good healthy routine will help to improve the memory and the brain ✨️

      You're absolutely right! Stress, anxiety, and high pressure can indeed affect memory and cognitive functions negatively. On the other hand, engaging in relaxing activities, maintaining social connections, and following a healthy routine can significantly improve memory and overall brain health. It's important to find a balance that allows for mental rest and rejuvenation. Implementing strategies like regular exercise, adequate sleep, and mindfulness practices can also be very beneficial. Keep prioritizing your well-being-it makes a big difference! ✨😊

    Hello! I'm Mateus from Brazil and I want to tell you guys that I love your podcast. I found it by accident recently, but I think it's a great tool to learning English. I like the format of it, because you talk about really interesting topics, I learn English while I improve my knowledge.
    I just don't like one thing: sometimes I don't feel that the conversation is much natural, you know, I feel that you guys are reading a script and that upset me a bit. I really wanna listening to you guys speaking in a natural way. I love your voices and the clarity of your speechs.
    Anyway, keep going with your great job!

    After a busy day I go home and spend time with family, we can just talk about something during dinner or on cup of tea. And it help to relax each of other, important, not sit on phone.
    Relaxing help improve memory, cause you take away unnecessary thoughts.
    I always plan my day and it really help me to remember important things, and I do it

    I usually listen good music for relaxing .

  • @npt178
    @npt178 17 วันที่ผ่านมา

    For the first question: I usually learn whatever I like, or do something that makes me happy. Cuz, I feel relaxed when I am happy. And the second question, I think there are 2 possible outcomes. Relaxing can help improve memory, provided that you've just studied or worked a lot. It's like taking a short break to absorb new information. On the other hand, if you relax too much, it can lead to a lack of focus, making it hard to remember anything. Truly remembering and retaining something requires learning and listening with full concentration. Only then can you remember it for a long time because you truly understand it. Besides your great method, I also think another way to remember things for a long time is to try to understand and place yourself in that situation, which helps with long-term retention. Thank you very much for this usefull video. Wating for the next one ^_^.

    • @LEP-LearnEnglishPodcast
      @LEP-LearnEnglishPodcast  15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thank you for your thoughtful insights! 😊 I really appreciate how you balanced both perspectives on relaxation. It's true that taking breaks can help absorb new information, but too much relaxation can lead to a lack of focus, which makes it harder to retain information. I love how you highlighted the importance of truly understanding and placing yourself in the situation to improve long-term retention. Your approach, combined with focusing and learning with full concentration, sounds like a fantastic way to strengthen memory. Thank you again for your kind words and for watching the video-I’m glad you found it useful! Looking forward to sharing more content with you soon! ^_^

    1 Scientifically, there is temporary memory and permanent memory.
