I think a lot has to do with my internal processing of thoughts. The one i have common interests with don’t know how to communicate. The one I can communicate with rattles on at times making me feel like these are merely strings of words i hear without comprehension. It is bitterness, some resentment. My fear is I’ll never be able to give my heart and mind to someone in the way I had thought I wanted to.

Do something that will grab their attention if you see them in public in a months time for me I grew a beard , hit the gym , got a new haircut etc and that grabbed the attention of her. I block exes from my past...even friends who were constantly pushing me to party with them when I expressed I want to have some me time to heal..it works for me and then I unblock them as early as 4-6 months and as long as 12 months. They reach out and then i replied back or vice versa by that time I was stronger and healed and not as angry or hurt anymore. When they ask what happened. I said I disappear and ghosted you and explain “why” for me that’s my way of healing. To stay away and when I’m ready I reappear... including social media.

People who are married divorces, bfs and gfs break up.... all breakups is gut wrenching it doesn’t matter if you dump them or they dump you... there was a bonding that you both created and usually everything and everyone is nice in the beginning till you one of you realized that just loving is not enough....sometimes it’s just not working out...for example my ex won’t reply to my text or return my calls right away which infuriated me it take him forever to reply back that even when I expressed it to him that I feel unimportant he won’t change etc.. I never regret any relationship that did not work out though because every relationship after another will always teach you a lesson... I grieve and then I stand back up... you must grieve from breakups it’s normal. After a storm comes a calm and vice versa it natural.

I don't usually write comments but this time I have to. Just by looking all these peoples comments helped me more than listening to video I was searching for.. it made me realize that uniqueness I felt for someone, and the pain I felt and all those moments that I thought I can't describe by words just cause of their unique and intense feeling is just a common thing among us people... and not unique thing as we believe. What actually makes it worse is believing its unique and specific and made just for us, and that all those memories will never return with someone else (like yes other people love as well but not like I do, or yes but she/he is special)...and this is actually what is hunting us the most, a belief we can't find someone like that again, cause we can have that feeling just with a person we have lost, but that is just a point of view and like any other point of view it can be changed in to your own advantage. When we lose someone the feeling of love becomes intense even more, when we get hurt it becomes unbearable..like an addiction..we have to have it or we are gonna die. But let me tell u something..knowing how many people actually felt the same unique feeling I'm describing just by looking at the comments and all those thumbs up made me doubt in the uniqueness of love I have felt cause how can it be unique since millions of people have felt it. So if pain and love I felt are not unique than it means I didn't lose anything I cant feel for someone else again and again, and that means the feeling of love is not something that person we were with was giving us..it is something that is ours and part of us. Most of us didn't lose anything unique, it's just a passion and possession we have felt. The one I can communicate with rattles on at times making me feel like these are merely strings of words i hear without comprehension. It is bitterness, some resentment. I block exes from my past...even friends who were constantly pushing me to party with them when I expressed I want to have some me time to heal..it works for me and then I unblock them as early as 4-6 months and as long as 12 months. They reach out and then i replied back or vice versa by that time I was stronger and healed and not as angry or hurt anymore. When they ask what happened. I said I disappear and ghosted you and explain “why” for me that’s my way of healing. To stay away and when I’m ready I reappear... including social media.

osondu christabel no they never blocked me I was the one whose always do the blocking for my own sanity and dignity...one ex was toxic I had to block him off we are now friends there was no romance anymore....the other one was I feel like I’m chasing him the whole time of the relationship he loves me and I too but always one foot in and one foot out that I got tired of it and the relationship we’re going nowhere as if I was just been leading on the whole time...we’re on and off for so long that I wake one day and decided I must regain my confidence back so I broke it off with him for good delete and block his number.... these people if they want to be in your life and not be toxic in a relationship and ready to commit they will always find a way to reconnect with you be it in Facebook, WhatsApp, email etc....but by that time it’s either you still want them back in your life or you yourself had lost interest...I dated after that “rebound” he too I block him because I feel like I had no connection with him and just wasting his time... but after 6 months I kinda miss the rebound and I reach out to him and we are now kind of starting to talk again..it’s no ones fault it’s just some people when you meet them they are not aligned in your time. I don’t take it personal. People who are married divorces, bfs and gfs break up.... all breakups is gut wrenching it doesn’t matter if you dump them or they dump you... there was a bonding that you both created and usually everything and everyone is nice in the beginning till you one of you realized that just loving is not enough....sometimes it’s just not working out...for example my ex won’t reply to my text or return my calls right away which infuriated me it take him forever to reply back that even when I expressed it to him that I feel unimportant he won’t change etc.. I never regret any relationship that did not work out though because every relationship after another will always teach you a lesson... I grieve and then I stand back up... you must grieve from breakups it’s normal. After a storm comes a calm and vice versa it natural.

I don't usually write comments but this time I have to. Just by looking all these peoples comments helped me more than listening to video I was searching for.. it made me realize that uniqueness I felt for someone, and the pain I felt and all those moments that I thought I can't describe by words just cause of their unique and intense feeling is just a common thing among us people... and not unique thing as we believe. What actually makes it worse is believing its unique and specific and made just for us, and that all those memories will never return with someone else (like yes other people love as well but not like I do, or yes but she/he is special)...and this is actually what is hunting us the most, a belief we can't find someone like that again, cause we can have that feeling just with a person we have lost, but that is just a point of view and like any other point of view it can be changed in to your own advantage. When we lose someone the feeling of love becomes intense even more, when we get hurt it becomes unbearable..like an addiction..we have to have it or we are gonna die. But let me tell u something..knowing how many people actually felt the same unique feeling I'm describing just by looking at the comments and all those thumbs up made me doubt in the uniqueness of love I have felt cause how can it be unique since millions of people have felt it. So if pain and love I felt are not unique than it means I didn't lose anything I cant feel for someone else again and again, and that means the feeling of love is not something that person we were with was giving us..it is something that is ours and part of us. Most of us didn't lose anything unique, it's just a passion and possession we have felt. I hope the realization I had is gonna help someone whoever can understand what I have just written..it is just a humans ego of being hurt when someone makes u believe u are not good enough and that someone else is better than us, it is injustice that hurts the most cause we have put our hearth on a plate to a wrong person..it hurts cause it is unimaginable we could do the same thing to person that has hurt us..and that is not love, that is possession with expectations. I'm not saying that everyone can relate to what I have just written..but I know that a lot of people are mixing love, passion, and possession so if this helps someone it will make me happy..love is unconditional and something u can give and expect nothing in return and not complain if u get nothing back. So how many of us can actually say that we love someone or that we have loved someone? I wish all a beautiful life full of real love
I love this comment and this helped me so so so much....not that it doesn't still hurt but it makes me feel not as hopeless like I will never love someone again me and this person weren't even together but I was basically in love with him for months and he knew and didn't say anything than he finally told me and then the next week said there was someone better he wanted to be with but I loved him and it hurt/hurts so much and I so hope that I will feel the same way about someone else and soon so I can forget about this idiot guy once and for all

Edit; i wrote this comment during the time i broke up with my now ex-boyfriend. It was painful. The relationship was extremely toxic. I couldnt get proper sleep during those times, but now I can say that I have fully recovered and I am happy with my current boyfriend. Dont let people who leave drag you down, focus on people who stay!
