Sending a big hug and thank you for your tips with these cookies! Yes I have recently purchased the MILK cookbook and have been wanting to make these since. I watched how much difficulty antichef was having and then found your video. My first patch just came out of the oven and they are PERFECT! Again thank you for all your hard work and wishing you much success.

I am so happy to hear that!! They are simply the best when they don’t come out as melted blobs! Enjoy ❤️

i see you used AP flour; I've read that the original recipe uses bread flour. However yours look just as delicious and chewy. I'm guessing this is supposed to be a chewier type cookie (of course crunchy with the cornflakes), but I mean the cookie as a whole?

I just made them and they came out delicious, thank you very much for giving the recipe so explained, you are great, a lot has to do with the technique to make them, they were perfect, you have one more follower, greetings from Sonora, Mexico.
note: use google translator to translate what you wanted to say, I hope you understand 😁

Just tried this recipe from the book. Not a good result. The only thing you did differently, from what I could tell, is put them in the freezer and the placement of the marshmallows. I'll have to give those things a try.
Mine turned out flat and the marshmallows carmalized and made them really hard and burnt looking on the edges.
    Thanks for the tips!

They are also baked for slightly less time, and at a lower temperature. Give them a try, you won’t regret it! I was very disappointed with the recipe as it was given from the book/her website as well.
