Can you do a video about the Japanese handstand? Specifically about how to balance it out?! I have the strength to hold it but I can’t seem to figure out how to stand without falling over🤔😔

If you have good form, just continue to practice and your time will gradually increase!

How do you open your shoulders like that?? I've been practicing and get even that close? How do train mobility for the shoulders??
Work on your shoulder flexion, and spend more time In the handstand on the wall or freestanding with partner! :)
