You are a legend It seems to me that you have a much better understanding of biomechanics then most people that do calisthenics videos it's refreshing and extremely insightful
Thanks very much ♥. Another tip that helped me so much with the handstand: focus on core exersices like plank, extended plank, reversed hyper extention, hollow body holds, hollow body raises, and dragon flag
Dude, your advices are gold. In the tone of video about this topic. Yours are the more accurate and usefull that I saw. It unlock few things that I misunderstood before watching your videos. Particularly the position of the elbow facing each other. Thank to you my handstands and my kick up are better and better. And I now can press to handstand.
I think this may me the first time I ever leave a comment on TH-cam. We hear all the time finger tips finger tips finger tips. But your point about focusing on palms to counter balance… for me perso a game changer. Thank you!
Inward rotation of the shoulders he is explaining is really in fact hunching the shoulders forwards into protraction which makes the elbows pits automatically turn into internal rotation
Fantastic video. I was doing chest to wall handstands for close to a month , trying to get both my feet off the wall. however it felt impossible for me. I then tried to take one leg off the wall, still felt impossible. I tried so hard to press into the heels of my hand but it just didnt happen. I saw this video, and realised that my arms were externally rotated ( elbow pit facing forward ). i then understood how to internally rotate the shoulders, and made my elbow pits face each other, i went to the wall and did the chest to wall handstand, trying to get both feet off, and just like that both feet came off the wall. I am so happy with this form cue. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH. I WILL NOW WORK ON THIS LITTLE TIP AND TRY TO ACCUMULATE TIME ON MY HANDS. SHOULDER INTERNAL ROTATION AMD ELBOW PITS FACING EACH OTHER IS A GAME CHANGING TIP.
I am happy to hear this was a game changer for you. Learning to properly correct under balance is what will make the difference between getting lucky every now and then with semi long holds to consistently being able to hold until the cramps take you 💪
I am not able to kick up to a handstand yet - I fall forward and then go into the handstand against the wall but this was a wonderful explanation of technique that I need to apply as I progress from where I am now. So thank you so much....look forward to your videos that are basic and yet very advanced.
Thank you, I just unlocked my handstand progress :D I knew I do not have enough weight on the fingers, just did not know how to correct it. Maybe just a language barrier, but simple sentence with shoulder pits facing inside was exactly what I needed to hear.
Thank you so much this is the video I needed to see. I currently can only handstand 3-5 seconds maybe closer to 10 if I'm lucky but I think you just gave me the key to unlocking my handstands. I'll checkout the app because I would love to work up to hand balancing poses and eventually 1-arm.
I always use the first method because I found out I dont have enough shoulder flexibility, now working on my flexibility hopefully makes balancing easier.
Every time I go into a handstand, my elbow pits are automatically pointing to each other, so I figured to be able to generate momentum to stop underbalance, I would have to get them to be pointing forward when I go into a handstand. No matter what I do, they are always pointing to eachother.
Yes, internal for hand balancing. Exeternal rotation is for certain gymnastics elements and I believe there has been some confusion in some parts of the handstand community regarding this. In gymnastics, handstands is used in an entirely different way and they don’t emphasise balance to the same extent. So I am not at all saying that this is wrong, it is simply dependent on what you want to use your handstand for. If you at some point want to start your OAHS journey, then internal rotation is a must (not actually, but very useful at least)
I don’t think I’m doing something right. I’m unable to to “lift” my fingers up. And when I go into the crow position and I fall back onto the hand heel I fall all the way down. Help me plz
This is exactly the question I always asked myself but none of the other tutorials told me so far. Great video!
I am happy to hear that😊

This is the best video I've found for this technique!

How's the progress bro

Thank you. This is exactly my problem. Now I know how to tackle it.
Hope it helps 😊
👌best Tutorial on TH-cam
Thanks!! I was thinking the same, and couldn't figure this out
Very good video, the secrets of the solid base nicely covered!
Thank you so much aquaman 😂❤ for this video no one on yt has told this yet except you ❤
I realy like your videos man! Good valuable tips and your skillset is a big Motivation!
Great work! please keep on !
It was like I was locked trying to balance with only finger pressure before this! Can't wait to get some practice in
This is a wonderfully explained video. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise! I truly appreciate it.
Awesome content. Thanks for sharing the elbow pits rotating form cues. Merry Christmas!
You’re welcome 😊 wish you a happy new years celebration
Thanks. Old video but this addresses my handstand problem. Will try it out.
Thank you for the tips! I have been practicing for handstand for about 6 months, and am not there yet.. maybe one day :)
Thanks haaland
I needed this! Thank you!!!

So specific, thx
Great tutorial, very informative
Great video!
Thankyou so much. Really means a lot 😌🙏
These are the kinds of videos you watch after endlessly learning handstand without any method or wall. I wish I would have seen this earlier
thanks i needed this
Great content!
You are amazing!
Awesome!!
Bru, would you be talking about rings handstands in the future?
Btw, awesome video... Finally brings clarity
Maybe, but it’s not on the agenda for quite some time. Still a lot of other things I’d like to make first 😅
You are the Besttttt💪🏼💕
Please tell me why "what the f*ck is a handheel" had me wheezing
Спасибо тебе, ты очень помог !!!

It works 💪
💪💪
Only video u required to learn hand balancing
I'm a bit confused about the opening the shoulder and elbow pit thing...
U are great
Hello, I’d like to know more about your diet, I think it will be very informative since you have a superior physique!
Good muscularity!
Very helpful video !! How the hell is his microphone staying on?
Transparent rubber necklace 😜
I read that most tutorials recommend external rotation of the shoulder when hand standing , I understand you recommend otherwise??
Yes, internal for hand balancing. Exeternal rotation is for certain gymnastics elements and I believe there has been some confusion in some parts of the handstand community regarding this. @@Sondre_Berg thank you!
handheel is carpal radix oder metacarpal transition
I don’t think I’m doing something right. I’m unable to to “lift” my fingers up. And when I go into the crow position and I fall back onto the hand heel I fall all the way down. Help me plz
Why is internal rotation more stable than external?
I am kinda slow but I keep falling down backwards and I try to use the first method someone explain to me how should I really do it
when I reach the vertical handstand I always turn it into a cartwheel for some reason ...
I liked the part where you used your hand toes.
💪🏻😊🥰😍😇😘💯
🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻
He is on the wall
How about you and "ahmad_workout" do a duet
