This breaks my heart. My grandson passed away two years ago. He was only two years old. We are not a rich family and we are not a large family. We have struggled desperately to pay all of the expenses off. No point in time did we beg people for money. I have been thinking about setting up a foundation to help other financially challenged families pay for the costs of burying their babies. No parent should have to bury their child, then suffer the financial hardship of internment. And here we have these people out on street corners raking in thousands of dollars. And it appears to me as a most of these people are not even from this country.
I have spies everywhere, and private investigators helping me. They have fled to California, to Friendly Hills, La Habra, staying at the Bristol Manor Apartments on on Whittier Blvd.
It’s not the problem of the scammers, it’s the problem of the stupid public that are helping these scammers. This kind of thing won’t work in China or Russia or even in Japan. Because they don’t give money to people go in the streets. If they wanna do good deeds they give to associations and organizations credited by their governments. Problem solved ! He gets done my Aunt hands him a plate with 2 sandwiches and chips , he then says he wants money . My Aunt being the Christian lady she was says your sign said will work for food so thats what you get cause im not paying for you Booze or Drugs . He then cussed her out and threw the plate of food , our dogs loved that bit. Lesson DO NOT FEED THE RATS.

The quickest way to end this would be for everyone to stop giving them money. You’re doing a great thing to let as many people know as possible that this is a scam and don’t give them anything. When they can’t make money they will stop.

I stayed at the budget suites on Tropicana. One day a couple moved into the unit next to me. Within days three generations stuffed themselves illegally into a suite designed for two. Granma would be outside in a chair for one of the shifts, then the teens would be noisily outside until all hours. Finally i complained to the office and they were immediately evicted. They're horrible and without shame
I have absolutely no problem with people performing for money, telling jokes, washing windshields, juggling, busking music etc. or people selling items for money like flowers, water bottles or fruit etc., or even people just straight up panhandling with a cardboard sign asking for help. But lying about a fake dead child's funeral for money is low.
My sister gets mad at me because I refuse to give anyone on a street corner money. She says it’s a job just like my honest job. She thinks standing on street corners begging is as reputable as my job.

These people are sick. I'm a disabled American Citizen and they get way more money than I do. Our apartment manager was recently fired for scamming us and other tenants and I can barely afford my electric bill now. I can't afford a lawyer and most tenant lawyers who work on contingency are booked up. My dog was also poisoned and killed from a fridge leak that took 3 weeks for maintenance to remove. An ammonia smell was coming from it. It attacked my eyes and I have a scarred cornea now. Lost 30 pounds during that incident and was very sick. Can't afford a lawyer but these jerks do this crap and have no idea what it's like to go through this. I try to still stay humble and not give up on humanity

No papers. Pay no tax. Make upwards of $1000 or more a day. They have no problem walking in traffic going from car to car intimidating people.
