Every other video adding base plate and optic shows removal of extractor to access the screws that hold the stock plate before mounting another. Who's right ?
I was having problems hearing what you said about that mounting plate for the optics. I have the same gun in the same slide and I’m having problems mounting the Romeo zero to it so I didn’t quite hear what you said if you could just send me a message with exactly what it is. I’d appreciate it. Thank you.
Looked to me like that plate could use a little better fit. I've installed these and they all require some filing for flush fit. Once installed they are great, very low profile for non optics ready pistols
Is there any way this would work on a p320 Xcompact? I have already ordered the bracket and realized it’s not the same mounting systems on the 320 and the xcompact 320. Didn’t know if there’s a way I can make it work or not
@@sclegalcarry7979 I have a Romeo 1 on my XFive legion, I just have a zero I had planned on putting on my p365xl but the way I carry it doesn’t work with an optic
Does the co witness still work? I’m looking to do this to a p365 but I still would like a co witness fo backup. At this point I might just buy their slide with the Romeo zero built in..
@@spencereubank2778 the sig was awesome but traded for a glock 19x because of the weight difference, but the sig was an amazing gun at least in my opinion
Please help I have the regular sig p320 carry model and looking to put a red dot on it for duty and I don't have a screw in between my front sight am I missing something?
How did it perform on the range, did u have to raise the front sights. If so what u used. I ALSO HAVE A P320C AND THINKING OF PURCHASING THE ROMEO ZERO
The M17 is cut for the DPP optic mount. Impact plates have a plate that will work. And springer percision may have one also. The optic works great. I went and shot it. I will post the video.
I wish more people knew about this channel, all the content, especially the instruction videos are really great, detailed, and clear.
Thank you.

@@kaijunakahan7499 This has no stock plate, it goes in place of the rear sight!!
Thank you so much I needed a redo dot video people keep showing the p365xl with it

Can you send me a link to the sight plate mount for P320 and Romeo Zero ?
Can I just take 3m tape and tape my optic
........no
What front sight did you end up getting for co-witness?
Very helpful thank you very much kind sir!!! I thought for a minute there was no hope for a red dot on a p320 original 🫡

I really like your video very knowledgeable great job!

I put the Romeo 1 on my p320. It's a way better optic.

Thanks for a great info. Any further info about Changing to taller front sight? Any specific one to choose?
Did you have to go with a suppressor height front sight?
Does the co witness still work? I’m looking to do this to a p365 but I still would like a co witness fo backup. At this point I might just buy their slide with the Romeo zero built in..
On my p365 I can still co witness with the Romeo Zero the Shield and a Holosun. I prefer the holosun.
This might be a dumb question: I just went to the lakeline website and this plate is said to be for a 9mm. I have a full-size .45. Will that matter?
They stopped making the one I used.
Where can I find the mounting plate at?
So is the slide from a p320 compact with contrast sights? Looking to buy a red dot.
Love the p320 I own one, added gas petal , stremlight tlr-1 hl, wilson come grip and now the romeo one
How’s the sight picture?

where did you buy the 21 magazine for the compact? I bought one on the sig sauer page and they sent me the 21 but full size

I can’t figure it out either. Maybe my p320c just can’t have an optic since it’s not an optic ready slide?
Where did you get the sight jig?
Looks handy
Love it. Any issues after installing ? I've herd some people say it doesn't rack back due to weight
The sight is polymer, not much weight at all.
I know it's been a year but how well did this plate hold up over Time
I ran it a few months then sent the slide out to be cut and I mounted the optic directly to the slide
is there a riser mount for the front sight? so it goes in line with the dot
In today's world there are so many guns with the optic cut in the slide. I would say just get a gun with the optic cut and it's ready to go
Have a link for the plate mount ?
TH-cam "doesn't agree with" putting links for firearms or accessories I'm video descriptions.
Will you leave after the actual shooting? Thank you
Will this plate fit the sig sp2022
I really don't know the answer to that.

I wish this was answered. Considered doing the same thing.
Still hoping he answers because i did just buy the same thing
thank for the video. worked great
Thank you very much
Will the plate fit on a Glock?
Just want to make sure I'm getting the right plate. Do you have a link?

Will this method work for M18?
No. The M18 slide is cut for an optic to mount. You can get mounting plates to mount diffrent optics.
There is no way that little screw is holding that optic plate and red dot down after sone rounds
Link for the plate?
Not sure where I got that plate. Found it online. I sold it to a friend.
They are available at Optics Planet - www.opticsplanet.com/sig-sauer-sor11004.html
Sight is canted towards the front. Screws look too long
I did not like this install either.
I have the M I 7, Can I Intall the Romeo O with out the mounting plate?
No the zero is cut for the RMR optic mount.

Honestly this video didn’t help me at all.

Mount plate from lingland? Wound you mind telling me which brand? Thanks!
