Paul and Joe are the true deal, still into work but no lack of info about computers and parts . Love the Tech news on Sunday +plus the beer tasting is a neat touch.
I've looked at and intended to buy something from your store for the last couple years. Today I finally did it. I enjoy your videos and while I've unsubscribed to most of the tech channels I used to watch, I chose to not unsubscribe from yours. Thanks for the great content.
I would appreciate a long-term review of that chair after you've had it a while, as it's one of the main ones I'm looking at for a new desk chair, lol. It looks so nice, and has some very high-end features for the low price tag, which is awesome.
@@Bob_Smith19 I've looked at those chairs, and they're not really what I want, lol. I want something with a headrest, or at least with a taller back. If I could find a Gesture with headrest for around this price (or at least under a grand), that would be sick. That and the Haworth Fern are the main 2 chairs I'm looking at right now.
@@kasper_429 I got the Herman Miller Cosm High Back chair with the adjustable arms and the high part is high enough for headrest needs.. Love it, was able to bargain with a Herman Miller retailer to get it in all red with the taller piston for $1500 a few years ago. Could be possible for you to net it for about the same with a more basic color but they have gotten a little more expensive. I had to call around until I found a retailer willing to bargain. Only trade off that there was no free return for a complete refund if I didn't like it but it was perfect for my bad broken back as any active lumbar support that pushes against you triggers my disk injury. I would have owned the Herman Miller Mirra 2 if the seat was a bit bigger. That plastic back is amazing because it gives away where you need it while supporting you. Great chair for a grand. I would just suggest going without the fabric covering option as that plastic back is MUCH easier to keep dusted and clean as well as saving money. The seat depth adjustment upgrade is also not needed.. There is also 3rd party support for a headrest for the Mirra 2 by Engineered Now for $120 and it has the same 12 year warranty length as the chair.
Very nice! I commented about how the scrolling 8bit background would make for a cool PC nerd arcade carpet look, and here it is! Great minds think alike as they say, whomever "they" are.
This and your news videos are mu two fave video series you do. I do really enjoy the other you do as well. Also congrats Paul & Joe on the award for best tech media!
I have a W100 series Thermaltake case and love it. Later this year I will be building a new P.C. and will be getting a new case from Thermaltake for that as well.
Paul talking about how racing style chairs might not give the best support while the Corsair racing style chair is right there, touching him. That's mean, Paul. Have a heart!
It's a quick start guide. No. It's a twister pad! Quick start! Twister! -- WAIT! It's both. NEW!! From Fractal/Ronco. The all-in... Please remember to give us a 6 mo. review on that chair.
For most of us this is nothing new Paul has always been the best. Plus if Paul's hardware goes under he can always stunt double over at digital foundry.
"Awwwwww... yeah" "I'm Levon." "And I'm Barry Sagittarius." "And it's time for two hundred and forty dollars worth of pudding." My DVD box set of The State is one of my prized possessions.
Nicely labeled case so if you are a diabetic who's going on a trip. You won't forget to pack your glucose meter just because you think your portable IS the meter. 🤪
Hi Paul, I bought one of the large desk mats. I was wondering if it is at all possible that you coiuld release the print as a 3440x1440 wallpaper? Thanks so much bro!!
After 35 years of sitting in front of computers for 8 to 15 hours a day, I now have a firm rule. No matter how cool, no matter what the features, if the bottom doesn't have mesh, you're likely to end up with swamp ass/balls. I have yet to find a "gaming" chair that understands this, so I don't have one. Also..."lumbar" support is overrated. Sacral support is way more important to back health. You won't find that listed on almost any chair, but have to look how it works to see if it supports the sacral vertebrae (s1-s5). Way more important than the lumbar region imho as someone with a 43 year old lumbar injury from a compression fracture of the L2. But that being said...that looks like a fine chair.
RIP Jay and Linus, but it's clear now Paul is the best. No question. Without a doubt.
Always has been

I still watch Jay. In fact, I will be watching Jay after this video

Reading with Paul should have been a thing already, he has a daughter to read to!!
Pretty sure that 12" x 36" is also considered Imperial units, but 1' x 3' is cool too.
Had a good chuckle with that
Love the design but had to double check what the size was in millimeters 😅
As a US citizen I had to convert imperial to metric because desk mats are always listed in metric. Imperial units mean nothing when it comes to them.
@@dwahnaslowdown8887
All US imperial measurements are defined as the metric equivalents anyway. So 1 inch is exactly 25.4 mm and so on 🙂
@@Bob_Smith19 What's weird is they usually list them in millimeters, where centimeters would make much more sense.

That award segment instantly became my favorite thing on youtube in months! Such genuine happiness
This video was equivalent to $240 worth of pudding.
(Glad I’m not the only one who remembers The State.)
10:25 I think the technical name for that 5 point star base piece is "the Patrick".
I was 5000% not expecting to hear a The State reference today. Or really, ever. Thanks Paul.
That's a whole lot of pudding...

Lost opportunity when they could have named the chair 'Recline' 🙃
I would appreciate a long-term review of that chair after you've had it a while, as it's one of the main ones I'm looking at for a new desk chair, lol. It looks so nice, and has some very high-end features for the low price tag, which is awesome.
You can get refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 and Amia in this price range. So it’s competing w/ real office furniture.

I finally got my pub glasses from you! Very pleased. 🤩😍🤩😍
When the video title is actually not click bait.
Congratulations to everyone at Paul's Hardware!

Best Media Awards WELL DESERVED! Where are everyone else's awards eh?!?!
Congratz Paul on the award, and thanks for the shoutout!

Congrats Paul & Joe!!!
This and your news videos are mu two fave video series you do. I do really enjoy the other you do as well. Also congrats Paul & Joe on the award for best tech media!
I need one of those desk mats. Also, who knew it was so easy to get 3 more inches of girth? 🤣🤣🤣
Congratulations 🎉!!

Those premium office chairs are amazing! They were really fine. Now I’m curious about this one. Personally would go with mesh.
Loving the sound effect for the knife.
🎶When your mesh inferferes with the camera sensor - That a Moiré 🎶🧑🎤
Sing along everyone! You all know the words 😁🖖
Congratulations Paul & Joe the best 🎉❤
Ooooh Paul, taking the Shilling, excellent sarcasm. x
"A healthy amount of squishiness"... words to live by.
Love Mail Time!

I really like that fractal chair, very nice design
Fractal! That chair! Looks nice!
Paul talking about how racing style chairs might not give the best support while the Corsair racing style chair is right there, touching him. That's mean, Paul. Have a heart!

Excellent thanks
I want that chair!!! Congratulations on the award!
That chair looks really nice, wish it was in my budget.
you deserve that award Tech News is the best
Fractal Refine gaming chair ? That *MUST* be the package in the plastic cover bag at the top !!! 😜😜😜😜😜
I get that Refine fits Fractal's naming scheme, but I still think it should have been the Fractal Recline S
Congrats on the award Paul 😁
The LEGO PC would make for a great McDonald's Happy Meal toy or something that should be in a Kinder Surprise egg.
Congratulations, I think you are the best also.
Most wholesome tech channel for sure.
TT should send an award to Jay in a plain box using a fake shipping name.
Now there's an unboxing I'd love to see.
I need a new chair! Fractal Refine Chair looks good but once again screwed in the UK as $1 = £1 so about 25% more expensive.
Congrats on the TT award👍
It's a quick start guide. No. It's a twister pad! Quick start! Twister! -- WAIT! It's both.
NEW!! From Fractal/Ronco. The all-in...
Please remember to give us a 6 mo. review on that chair.

Great video as always :) Paul, do be careful of fingers when using your trusty knife :O The TT Award speech was a good one :P
Congratulations with the award👌
I need GN to test your new mouse mat🤣
Awwww yeah ... (IYKYK)
Congrats on the award!
I always knew you were the best tech media.
You ought to give one to Joe... you know... being he makes the magic work.... yeah, that's it!
Those mats are ace
I'm actually trying to decide between that Fractal Refine chair and a used Herman Miller. Looking forward to your long term review!

Cool !
Well done to the both of you.Amazing you beat a multimillion dollar company 2 years in a row, suck on that Linus 😂.
suck it, kyle.. paul is once again the best.
Gives imperial size and then gives another imperial size.
How American of you, Paul!
I have thoughts and feedbacks hooray awesome video dude
Nicely labeled case so if you are a diabetic who's going on a trip. You won't forget to pack your glucose meter just because you think your portable IS the meter. 🤪
The 2 time champ!
Turn anything into a sticker :'D
Hi Paul, I bought one of the large desk mats. I was wondering if it is at all possible that you coiuld release the print as a 3440x1440 wallpaper? Thanks so much bro!!
Nice chair, but can you buy individual parts if something brakes after the warranty?
Idk man, 550 for a chair you have to assemble when the hayworth soji is 575 with the lumbar support fast ship option that comes assembled
You can turn anything into a sticker😂
Awwww yeeeaaahhhh.
I'm eying at getting this chair in black fabric and this just showed while I was searching around! Have you been using it since you had it setup?
speaking of a secondary lego building channel...do you and your daughter (and wife?) build barad dur yet???

Multi Award Winning Paul's Hardware
So humble....lol.
Paul's Lego building channel.
Bizarre little Lego set. For those with ears on their knees.
We need a build and buzz channel, Lego and loco's?
I dont know why, but when he used the cloth, instead of the velcro secured proper screen cushion in the Rog Case, I got so angry.
Hhahaha
So the rulerizer. Is it seven inches long?
rulerize is 6.1 inches :)
@@rulerize 🤣
I like this!
What's the airflow like on that Fractal chair?
👍✌
Paul, here in Europe (lots of viewers) we have cm and NOT inches or feet ;)
"And now, a few words from our sponsor."
No need for time stamps. Must watch all, hear all, know all, absorb all... Of Paul.
I want the beginning, the middle, and the end. But not in order. All at once
LOL, Hambone.
I want to be a refine but they haven't decided to sell it in latam yet :( anyhow, gorgeous chair
