For almost 2 years with daily practice. At some point, I felt like giving up and losing patience but I thought that a little more wouldn’t be to difficult so I kept on. To speak English or whatever language, don’t be afraid to make mistakes as you’re just practicing, and if you wish, you can write down your thoughts in English while you’re speaking to yourself. This way, it helps you to speak and keep track of what you say. For the topic of speaking, whatever you like- being stressed, sad, passionate, loving. I’m sorry for this late response😅
