      Thinking and stress is actually not that bad. Because them you consider problem and solve, if you keep your brain out of problem all the time. Problem never can be solved. And if problem is really serious like losing money, then starving and homless, then there is no way to keep mind peaceful

    Honestly, for people who don't overthink like you, that's a great thing. You can have fun without thinking about anything, but for us - people who overthink, we will think a lot.
    For example: when I'm texting someone, if that person doesn't reply for more than 5 seconds, I think the worst, but it turns out he just went to take a shower.
    Overthinking is affecting our lives a lot - people who overthink, overthinking is often just small stresses but gradually accumulates, causing people to think a lot, people who overthink over time will lead to depression.
    I've been suffering from overthinking for a long time, but when I listen to this podcast, I just know the harmful effects of overthinking. I hope everyone can care more about themselves to avoid mental illness.

    Thanks a lot. To stop overthinking we have to change our habits ,focusing on ourselves,first. Sport,healthy nutrition, sleep early, wake up early. Spend time in the countryside or near the beach. Having a pet( cat or dog) . Then is necessary to visit our family,spend time with them. Be positive and accept the gifts of the life: smile, compassion…. And so we can appreciate the moment we spend…..❤❤❤😊

    I think every day about something related to tasks that I must finish today, which leads to feeling dissatisfied and overwhelmed, so I decided to write down the goals of these tasks in the early of my day, and I even noted that I was more committed to doing the task. In my opinion, it is crucial to know your goals before you do your task and to avoid overthinking.

    I used to be an overthinking person who always stuck in repetitive thoughts and attach my mind to problems. It causes many troubles from lack of sleep (like i cant fall asleep until 3-4 a.m), cant concentrate on work and to always feel full of depression. So here are some tips helping me improve this problem:
    - Writing diary: spend more time listening to your inner voice, your problems you're having to face and come up with solutions => ALWAYS RAISE THE QUESTION: "WHY?"
    - Write to do list/ daily and monthly plan
    - find some trustworthy people to share your feelings and ask for their perspectives and advices
    Hope we can get over it

    Overthinking is the mind's alarm or warning that something is wrong with oneself. It comes in different ways like being guilty if what people might say if you fail. To overcome this challenge is to become proactive about it instead of just waiting for it to happen.

      I’m sorry to hear that you’re going through a tough time. 😢 Overthinking can feel overwhelming, but try to take small steps to ease your mind. Write down your thoughts to organize them, or take breaks to focus on something relaxing, like listening to music or going for a walk. Remember, it’s okay to take things one step at a time-you’re not alone, and things will get better. Sending you strength and positivity! 💖🌟✨

    • @LEP-LearnEnglishPodcast
      @LEP-LearnEnglishPodcast  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Absolutely! Listening to podcasts can be a great way to immerse yourself in the language, even if you don't understand everything at first. It helps you get used to the sounds and rhythms of English and can gradually improve your listening skills. You might want to start with podcasts that are designed for English learners, which often use simpler language and speak at a slower pace. As you become more comfortable, you can explore a wider range of topics and difficulties. Don't worry about catching every word; focus on getting the general idea, and your comprehension will improve over time. Keep at it, and enjoy your learning journey! ❤️
