    This is what I expect from any one who goes with camera to humble eat out.. not to show how you hog what all are served, but to highlight the sweat and blood to keep that place sustained in infamy. Rakesh appreciate your efforts. Seen trouser Thata in videos by local and international food reviewers, but your video throws more insight of what & who "Trouser Thata & his Kadai" is all about.

    Very good food channel. Sick of all those fake reviewers getting money and faking tastes, shouting aa,oo just after the first bite. Your vlogs are like a good documentary showing your true love for food.Keep up the good work.

    Wow …..A world class presentation indeed…..The story telling, visuals and the human touch in this humble food joint have been beautifully captured. Rajesh has done justice to the older gentleman’s restaurant.     Amazing, Rakesh. Aiyya's song in the last and his words brought tears to my eyes. Amazing video capture. Every frame was an art by itself. I feel like holding his hands and falling at his feet. This is self realisation of a soul. What else we need. Literally he is living every moment.. Thanks for you to bring this to us🙏

    Cannot help but admire the glint in his eyes when he speaks of the joy of serving food. But also cannot stop thinking of how his (shop's) status can be elevated... a little painful to see old people working at this age. I do hope he gets considerable rest and peace of mind and his family is well.

      Inaddition, I also felt that showing how the dishes tastes in detail to each item you liked may give an appreciation of their hard work. It looked like after showing banana leaf..it was cut abruptly stopping the viewers imagination. You may take this as a Part 2 as Tasting, part 1 as interview.
      This should reach across language, so good time to open an English channel pararrelly, to show Inaddition to Tamil.

    First time seeing Touser Kadai being presented aesthetically , which is a popular common man's eatery. Viewers normally criticise lack of cleanliness & hygiene. You captured the strengths of the joint. Miss your personal tasting & relishing - suspect you are not non- veg connoisseur !

    True Rajeshji. My mom' culinary stories were very interesting and she once described how during her stay in Pune wuth my dad in army, she kearnt Bombay chutney. When she introduced this recipe to my grandmother in Karaikudi, she converted it into an interesting sambar that goes extremely well with Idli. To this day all of us, her daughters prepare this Idli Sambar, which is unique to our family. You can try this recipe in Alanelu Ranganathan's book MANAKKA MANAKKA SAMAYAL published by Manimekalai Prasuram

    எல்லாம் சரி ஆனால் மீசை தாடி மழித்து சுத்தமாக‌இருக்க வேண்டும். வயிறே கோவில் உணவு நைவேத்தியம்.. சமையல் அறை கோவில் கருவறை. சுத்தமாக வைத்துக் கொள்ள வேண்டும் எப்போதும்.

      The quantity of food was very low ,as side dish are in less on size of palm sized plate
      with high price.This may be reason I am not getting mindset to understand your thoughts about them

    This place is very unhygienic. Since the owner is very old he has an assistant and service is very poor. Food is just ok nothing great about it. Don't knw why so much hype.
