@@emib6599 I just build factories for goods which are in deficit. Prioritising staple goods and then industrial goods. Aim to improve the supply for goods most in deficit (relative to its demand) and build where there is a large supply of employed workers/peasants. Has worked for me pretty well so far…

This is a purely personal suggestion, I'd love to see a Peru playthrough where you try to either recreate the Inca Empire or create a South American Empire by uniting all countries

You should totally play as a theocracy. Try to assimilate as much as possible.
If you take Dehli REALY EARLY while it's still the east india company, you can cut off the event that turns it into the Raj by preventing that uprising. This means the vassal swarm stays under the East India company instead of being transferred to the English. (Which results in a really easy form india clickable when you Transfer Subject to swipe the EIC later..)
