    I am so GRATEFUL to You for helping us on this journey as it can become very difficult without the tools needed to be a survivor... Blessings!

    My post chemo and radiation biopsy just revealed that my Esophageal Cancer is in remission, and none of my Doctors have any interest in my Cancer antagonistic food diet. When I try and talk about it, they just smile at me like I am an idiot. 💙

    Dr Amy, I have been Cancer free for 8 years, but my body is overweight by 25 pounds, always tired and have severe joint pain. Maybe I can get a lot better with all your food tips and exercise?? What foods and exercise to help with severe arthritis?? Thank you for all your information.🙏

    All your videos are either for prevention or reoccurrence? What about when you’ve got cancer? What about things that can put you into remission as I’ve heard a lot of stories about people turning things back through diet alone, or at least combined with treatment? For myself refining my diet has made me keep healthy and got rid of unwanted fat, however it has also “maybe” prevented any metastasis anywhere else in the body, but then again I’m not sure if food effects the upper right lymphatic system of the neck because it’s a very isolated system unconnected to the rest of the body, however blood vessels can form when a tumour grows, but before then there’s not many nutrients that travel through the lymphatic system except fatty acids and toxins released from the liver! So what gives and what fuels phenotypes can feed a tumour metastasised into the lymphatic system from the throat/tonsils? I’m curious about your thoughts?

      Please take another look at my channel. There are specific videos about chemo, radiation, what to pack on your first day of chemo. Thanks!

    Hello Dr. Amy - I know you said green will help. But can black coffee with no cream or sugar help also? Thanks in advance.

    For quite awhile I been 30 pounds overweight I wish could be thin again. I'm sick of this belly bloat & it got worse after the mastectomies. I want a flat stomach I'm not talking about being underweight. I'm talking about having a firm flat stomach. I know what your saying I was thin when I got uterine Cancer. I want a healthy thin weight like I once had. I have to watch it with soy because of me being on thyroid medication for hypothyroidism.

    ‘sugar feeds cancer’ surely it’s better to say that sugar and processed foods along with stress, lack of exercise and environment can cause inflammation (as can insulin resistance) and that is the thing causing heart attacks, strokes and many chronic diseases 🧐

    Very true and even science backed studies are limited in what they know. Many times it will say one thing and then in other studies, the opposite occurs. People need to do a lot of research into what they think would help in order to be able to make good decisions; never look at just one or two studies.

    • @dramycancerrecovery

      Yes - that goes without saying. The quality of the literature needs to assessed as well. Type of study, enrollment procedures, statistically analsysis, bias, etc. Unfortunately when people "do their own research" they have not received the training to assess literature and therefore their conclusion of what they read is incorrect

    Should meat be organic , or does it even matter?

      @gette4439 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Grass fed, grass finished is best. You eat what your meat ate (or was injected with). Be blessed...
