Raw, organic honey is rich in enzymes that help your digestion and absorption of nutrients. It also contains unique phytochemicals nowhere else to be found which aid anyone struggling from chronic illness to recover faster.
In this video, we share with you the five most mind-blowing health benefits of honey. Fasten your seat belt! You're in for a ride!
Are you ready to get your mind blown by the benefits of raw honey?
    1. Anti-everything nasty
Honey in its pure, unheated form acts anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungi (think candida) and anti-inflammatory.
This makes raw honey THE perfect food to recover from chronic illness.
While it certainly attacks pathogenic bacteria like H.Pylori and Streptococcus, it does not kill healthy gut bacteria but feeds your natural microbiome!
“Currently, many researchers have reported the antibacterial activity of honey and found that natural unheated honey has some broad-spectrum antibacterial activity when tested against pathogenic bacteria, oral bacteria as well as food spoilage bacteria.”
    www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti...
    2. Skin Healing
Raw honey bursts with antioxidants (think antiaging!) and phytochemicals that help heal your skin.
E.g. I've applied honey on my sunburnt face and the pain and redness went away within minutes.
Here are my favorite tested ways of using raw honey for skin healing:
    - raw honey facemask to smoothen skin

Hi Peggy... I thought you had climbed to the top of that hill just seconds before turning on your camera, then you said it was honey on your face.🍯🥵🐝
For the past several months I started using honey regularly, again. I used it several years ago & just stopped, I don't even remember why. Since I started using it again I noticed my brain function has increased to the point of where it was 20 + years ago, the fogginess, it's like it was never there, I can think clearly again, not searching for words, you know...
I wanted to ask you what you think of raw/unfiltered creamed honey. The flavor of the stuff is AMAZING! Does it have all the benefits of the looser liquid type? This type I use is processed by a company in the U.S. called, Cox's, it's very thick like melted caramel candies.
      Thank's for the great video.

I have suffered from severe sinus issues for 20 years. I have been to multiple doctors with no help during that time. I am now into my second month of consuming honey daily. I probably eat around 3 tablespoons a day. I have seen a remarkable improvement. It looks like I am on my way to a full recovery.I hope I am never without honey again.

I love the energy and passion coming from you as you explain the benefits of eating raw honey. I have always been a very health conscious person and took up beekeeping as a way to improve my health through raw honey. Im up to 50 bee hives now and am always amazed by these remarkable little creatures. Raw honey with pollen and propolis and royal jelly is a powerful boost for one's health. One thing I would suggest though is that you find out where the beekeeper has his hives placed. The further away from pesticides and toxins the better or the honey will be tainted with it.

    • @jadeaitken3721
      @jadeaitken3721 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Can't agree more, always be sure the hives you source honey from are placed in a remote/eco-friendly location. I have had honey that came from near an oil refinery and compared to most honey it tastes rough and toxic, and goes down leaving my stomach uncomfortable.

I recently began drinking Buckwheat Honey in my tea every night. I’ve also been using raw unfiltered honey as a face wash. I’ve only been using it for 6 days, and I’m already seeing a difference!! I mixed a little concoction up and it’s honestly the absolute best thing I’ve used to remove makeup and leave my face feeling so clean. My skin is also much softer! Thank you for this video dear. Honey is the way to go!! Can’t wait to update my results after a month. ♥️ God bless you friend!

After researching how to heal a chronic sinus infection, I started drinking a combo of hot water, Bragg's apple cider vinegar (with the mother) and local raw honey. It really does work and my sinus infection is clearing up after a year of this. I also add the raw honey to my hot cardamom tea.

  • @j6453
    @j6453 2 ปีที่แล้ว +21

I agree completely. Since I started buying raw unfiltered honey and having it daily my digestive system has been a lot better and I've also slimmed down a bit. I am very happy!! I don't believe the "sugar lie" either. Young, slim people usually eat lots of sugars/fruit/sweets etc with no problem. Something changes at some point, but I believe it's not so much that we have to stop eating those things but that we have to heal and return our system into one that can process them the way we used to.

Yay for honey! I use honey everyday in my lemonades and if I forget to eat on time and I get the "shakes" due to adrenal weakness I quickly go to get a teaspoon of honey first before eating any fruit and in 5 minutes I feel really good. @John Dough Well it’s certainly not bad for you and cheap enough.
Bees are pretty powerful and much needed by us.
A United Nations report states that, of the 100 crops that supply food to the majority of the world, 70 need bees to produce food. Nuts, berries, apples, avocados, melons, peaches and grapes all need bees for pollination.
An estimated half of the food in grocery stores would disappear without bees. And, all you coffee lovers would have to say goodbye to your favorite drink.
      No more dairy
Like the vegetables listed above, much of the food that dairy cows consume is pollinated by bees.
Dairy cows require a complex diet and consume almost 100 pounds of food per day! Their main staple is alfalfa, which needs bees to pollinate.
Dairy cows are also a big source of beef. So, without them, the cost of beef would skyrocket!
Seem like powerful little buggers to me.

Ah I love you! You alway spread such grounded and helpful information.
I love honey too! My favourite thing about it is how calming it is and how different it can taste depending on where and what the bee's feed on.
My favourite honey at the moment is tea tree and red gum that I get from a local market. Both tea tree and gum are native to Australia and are very antiseptic.
It is such strong honey, you can feel it 'burn' in a very calm soothing kind of antiseptic way.
I'm just a massive honey geek.

HI Peggy, yes, raw honey is part of my day. A big spoonful anytime, and one spoonful that I have mixed with turmeric. I use honey on cuts too, like antibiotic ointment. Works great. Less big name chemicals. Great video, smiling, George.

I've got a nasty fungal infection in my right foot - if it helps I can go off of chemicals (a pill) that has some dangerous potential side effects!

Thank you for this! So much fear mongering on you tube about fruit and honey! I used to have it everyday and have been missing it! I knew it was good for me but didn't realize all of the amazing benefits.
