I use it for my diverticulitis, when I get a attack I'll take 3 over the course or the day and the next morning I feel 90% better. With in 48 hours it's gone. I love Honey.
Great video! Just bought some raw local honey & bee pollen today from a nearby apiary. Crossing my fingers it helps w/my allergies as Zyrtec & Nasaqort are not working for me this year for some reason. The honey tastes divine! 🐝 🐝 🐝

Try looking for a local apiary in your area? That’s where I bought my raw honey & bee pollen.
IF you can get it:Sidir from Yemen and Tualang from Malaysia.Both are very expensive,especially Tualang. Research them.
