Are you tired of feeling like you're not making progress on your guitar despite hours of practice? In this game-changing video, join me as I unveil, the secret to maximizing your practice time in just 15 minutes a day.
In this video, I will breakdown the routine into three fundamental pillars:
    1) Finger Dexterity: Spend the first five minutes warming up with targeted exercises to get your fingers moving and agile, crucial for smooth chord changes and intricate fingerpicking.
    2) Chord Mastery: Dedicate the next five minutes to practicing chord changes with precision. Learn how to switch seamlessly between chords, gradually increasing speed without sacrificing accuracy.
    3) Strumming and Timing: Harness the power of a metronome to refine your strumming technique and perfect your timing. [Person's Name] introduces the essential tool, Metronome Beats, and demonstrates how to use it effectively to develop a solid sense of rhythm.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced player looking to level up, this video is your roadmap to guitar mastery in just 15 minutes a day. Don't waste another minute on ineffective practice routines. Join me and unlock your full potential as a guitarist today!

    Excellent demo.
Your 15 minutes structured path to "Practice makes Progress" right from spider, to chord changes using metronome exercises is a proper measure of progress. This is organising efficiently toward meaningful success.
Thank you Lauren, you are a great motivator.

Lozza, what a great lesson. I wish I’d found you when I 1st bought my guitar! I’m 3 years in and still consider myself a beginner,.. but you are such a great teacher, I love the songs you do and can manage them but these lessons are still so valuable! Thank you. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Excellent practice structure advice, and 15 minutes doesn’t take too much out of my busy schedule. I’ve been trying to learn for almost 4 years but have trouble fitting time into my days for practice.

Very interesting making the point regarding relaxing the left hand Lauren. I once heard Mark Knopfler say his biggest piece of advice was relaxing the left hand. I'm 3 and a half years in and this is something I really struggle with. My hands are small and my index and pinkie curve inwards, so if I'm doing that exercise at the 5th fret, if I relax by the time I put my 3rd finger down my index finger has slid into the 6th fret so not getting the stretch. There is no chance I can spread 3 fingers across 3 frets in the first position. I can only just reach a full C chord and wouldn't be able to use it in a song. So left hand relaxation is a real issue for me

For the spider exercise, is one of the goals to keep each finger down on the chords as you play through it or is it ok to raise the other fingers up as you play each chord?
I ask because I have small fingers and sometimes it is harder for me to keep my ring finger and pinky down.

So, it would okay if I keep practicing at a slower speed until I'm comfortable and start naturally playing faster? I would try to force myself to at least try to play faster whenever I thought I was starting to get better. I think I kept burning myself out doing that.
