Easiest way is to download FEBuilder and an FE6/7/8 rom and replace the stock animations with the ones you want. If you want only specific characters to have an animation like Lilina then you’re gonna have to learn how to add extra classes.
Fire Emblem 6 Project Ember has all of the ones from the start of the video up to when it changes mod. Fire Embem Gaiden Demake mod for FE8 has most of the FE2 ones you can watch here. Animations like Gold Knight are in Project Ember, Project Wildflower and some other FE8 mods. Most of the other animations are from dead projects.
