I wouldn't really call most of these custom animations. Sure, new skins, but the actual animation still remains the same.
Technically speaking, these are all custom animations, becuase the game sprites based on the animation.
The "sprites" are just pallets filling the pixels that the animation data creates.
***** It's very misleading, as the animation isn't changed at all for most of them. It's like saying you drew all the pictures in a coloring book.

It's what it's called in this game's hacking scene since "reskinning" means you have to edit every single frame of the animation.
One of these "custom animations" is literally Lowen with slightly longer bangs

that was awesome! I loved some of the FE7if animations. Like the last one and the girl with the scythe, though there were plenty of others. Just a few things, you misspelled "custom" in the title, and if you ever make another custom animation exhibition, you're free (can't force you to) show the animations in Tactics Universe (you showed one but there are at least 5 more in the current patch and like 5 more planned). Great video though!
Ok, all the animations after 8:24 were VERY impressive! A scythe and a critical animation involving a dog...color me impressed, I'd like to play this.
I think Sanger should be the hero instead of a swordmaster. Zankantou is a big ass sword after all

Whenever the custom attacks shown up, they looked amazing. Of course the Japanese ones had the best custom ones. With Milia and the scythe. and at the end, with which i was expecting a sealed sword roy crit, but instead i got something quite amazing.

OMG 8:40 is Anastasia and Lucied from Wild Arms 2! I always love it when people reference the WA series. It's ironic that her animation uses fire though.

That is what makes fan games like Last Promise even cooler, as there are quite a few custom animations and crits for that game alone.

Blazing Kite Devil Axe
The only ones that are truly unique (as far as I can tell), are at 5:31 and 8:23. Most are just reskins, some are slight edits (mostly hair or some clothing), a few being custom weapons or changing a few frames of animation, and some are mashups of other animations. Still good work on everyone's part. Even just editing an existing sprite takes some work.
Actually, the ones that you timestamped used the FE8 gargoyle as bases. Dunno if its the promoted gargoyle or the umpromoted one, though.
The only major ones that at least unique are the ones from Last Promise (With Tekkun, Kelik and others. Also look at the banner to tell who else is from that, as the one for Last Promise characters is not one you see all the time)

It is accidental. FE7if was made so that battle BGM might be random and might flow.

Fire emblem teach that if you are ugly in this game you only have future as a bandit.
I would only classify six of these as a custom animation. Two of those look very unnatural and the other three are just holding out their hands. The rest of the 'animations' in the video are just reskins or a combinations of different animations reskinned.
