After putting a hole in the bottom of the spam can, I normally just squeeze the can a bit to break the "sticktion" and it normally just drops out after some light shaking.

Hi John, just for future reference if you had taken your pastry out of the fridge & let it come to room temperature for 10 mins before you unrolled it. It wouldn't have broken when you opened it out. Look forward to seeing your next cookery video

You can just simply blow the air in the SpamTin using Your own lungs. The pressure needed is not much. However, that is not, of course, not that spectacular :)
That looked a canny bit of bait John ! You should do a collab with Si King of the Hairy Bikers, he seemed to enjoy himself when he tried his hand at forging a kitchen knife, so would probably enjoy a bit of hands on fettling and you could give him some cooking tips too !
