It sounds a lot like Can's Future Days album, which I discovered 20 years ago, when you discovered these. You should hear that song and band if you've not done. Blatantly a major influence on the music. No other band is quite as good as Can are it seems. They different.

Today, I am 41 years old, and this chilled-out music still softens my heart just as much as it did in those beautiful old days.
I only came across TC when I accidentally heard Le Coeur from their Saudade album and I got so addicted to the entire album immediately. The mixture of different cultures infused in their music is a treat for the ears. As an Indian I was surprised to hear Satyam Shivam Sundaram here ❤
Saudade is special. So much softer in it´s melodies, intonation and lyrics than the other ones. TC may come with 50 jeeps or with a single rose. Nobody knows. Like a lot of their work. Would be nice to have some new stuff

Still remember the beach trip when I heard this album for the first time. The Corporation became part of my musical landscape since then. Masterpiece! =One Love= -A
I put this on for the first time and started working on homework. I then time traveled to a distant future roughly 5 hours later where I had no concerns due to school.
I forgot all about this masterpiece! It was the best album that ever appeared on the Barnes & Noble playlist of music I could select from while working in the music/movie section. Rehearing the first track sounds just as good as it did back then. It was a rough time for me in my life and while it kind of makes me feel sad again, it reminds me of how nothing ever stays the same. The horns at the end take me to another universe.
Remember lying under a starry sky when I was i my early twenties and listening to TC with a bunch of friends. All of us so carefree, so optimistic about the future, about to enter adult life.
I think this music will help me through a difficult period in my life ,for this is the first day I do not think of what happened. And this is the first time I'm listening to this wonderful music, so it must have something to do with my thoughts getting positive ideas about how to get through this. One of their best albums. Saw them live last night and they played a ton from here. Air Batucada was absolutely mad in person. Felt like being in Brazil. What a great and talented band.

I put this on for the first time and started working on homework. I then time traveled to a distant future roughly 5 hours later where I had no concerns due to school.

I forgot all about this masterpiece! It was the best album that ever appeared on the Barnes & Noble playlist of music I could select from while working in the music/movie section. Rehearing the first track sounds just as good as it did back then. It was a rough time for me in my life and while it kind of makes me feel sad again, it reminds me of how nothing ever stays the same. The horns at the end take me to another universe.
I discovered this album in Barnes and Noble , playing in the Music section. Maybe 15 or so years ago. My favorite album ever.

i discovered them whem album mirror cospiracy came out in 2000, since then every one of their albums that came out was mine, I took them around the world, I made them listen to many people, proud to introduce such beautiful music, such world music. fantastic memories with these two guys and all the musicians involved
