i just like looking at home structures getting ideas how i want mine built. Nice to see the ole florida concrete tornado proofing. 5 acres is too much space i dont have time to manage. but what a land it is.

Yeah, the same could have been done on a lot 1/4 of the size. He would have probably saved over $125k from purchase to development. But, the value of the property would have significantly decreased as well.

Hey bro so I’ve been looking for some potential areas in the future and I am Hispanic and would like to see some of my culture. Cheap food stores etc property tax. I saw Cassel Berry but hard to find jobs. Chickasaw Trl from Lake underhill south all the way to lee vista, and then parts of south orlando near cypress creek HS. The hispanic population is somewhat high over in the waterford lakes area. What area would be best for me? Around those areas?

I can appreciate being close to the culture. Let’s schedule a call to discuss what that looks like.
