There are other homes in the $400k range - they will just be smaller 4 Bedroom homes from 1800-2100 SqFt

Just saying no HOA gets me interested. I understand why people like communities, but I personally prefer no to be in one.
That’s usually something people feel strongly about in either direction - either I want a gated community or nothing to do with them altogether
