    No, Poinciana Florida home 🏠 prices are NOT worth it! I believe the home prices are WAY over priced! houses in Poinciana used to be very reasonable! and there is NO jobs in Poinciana.

      I hear you. At that time prices were shooting up. Then they have sustained since. You can’t even get that model in that price point anymore. Toll Brother has changed their strategy in APOPKA because of that community. Take a look at Bronson Peak

      I understand what you’re saying and I’m hearing that a lot from people moving into Florida believe it or not. A lot of people just go in their garage and go in the house. That first house was a good price because it was completely remodeled. If you try and do that it would require a lot of upfront money!

    Poinciana is huge . And he started at a park on the far south side of it. In the middle of nowhere . If you in Solivita or poinciana near Poinciana Lakes Plaza or the golf course it’s nice and only 40 minutes to Disney. I live close to the new toll road and I love it bc I do not use the hellish Pleasant Hill Road 💯

    Lived in Deltona int he 80’s went to Osteen Elementary and Deltona Jr High . Nice properties but the first 2 are probably the nicest ones one the block and that has always been the problem in Deltona you can have trash living all around you with boats and cars parked on the front lawn , fences falling down etc. but welcome to Deltona

    Nope! , the housing prices in Poinciana used to be very reasonable and they STILL should be reasonable! Unfortunately there are NO JOBS in Poinciana, and it is WAY TOO FAR from everything! I don’t understand why there are so many people that move here. Sorry! I don’t get it??? You have to drive a hour to get anywhere! and the traffic is a nightmare! Poinciana has a HOA WITHOUT a gated community.

    • @RealOrlandoLiving
      @RealOrlandoLiving 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Compared to the rest of Orlando, those are the most reasonable of prices. We should start to see price stall or drop a little based on the things you’re speaking about!

    It's sad a video was made to fool people into moving in the area of Poinciana. Poinciana is not the place to move to. Trust me, I'm in the area daily. Realtors, you guys are selling homes in an area that is considered a flood zones. Home Insurances are peeping this and using it to assist with the hike in homeowners insurance. You ever wonder what causes the cracks in the stucco, where you can see the center blocks? It's also the same reason for the cracks around the interior of the home, like windows, corner of the walls, etc. The amount of land alteration done on the foundation is out of this world. If you want to purchase a good home, look more towards the area of Clermont and further north of Florida. Cypress Pkwy and Pleasant Hill Rd are fantastic around 6 in the morning.

    • @RealOrlandoLiving
      @RealOrlandoLiving 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      When you say thing like that, you’re not taking pricing into account. Median price in Clermont is probably 75% more than Poinciana. As far as flood zone are concerns, that is a very Florida problem. There are tons of homes in Flood Zones and a skilled Realtor would let the buyer know that their future is located in a flood zone. People still make the decision to live in them🤷🏽‍♂️

    $200/hoa fee for a starter condo/townhome is crazy lol ...and having a $800k home with the main entrance being only 1 door and the rooms having carpet is outrageous. $800k, in Apopka, should get you wayyyy more in upgrades being at that inflated price.

      That house is $800k because of the finishes and its size. I totally understand how you feel though. You should expect more for $800k.
