    Thank you for another wonderful practice, Alba. Just a quick question, how can I relieve some of the pressure in the neck when doing the low boat with the block? Thanks! Much love to you ♡ ♥💕❤

      Thank you! And That’s a great question! I would recommend focusing on bringing your ears over your shoulders and tucking your chin slightly, in order to protect and slightly engage the neck muscles. I would also bend the knees slightly until you have more upper body and core strength in order to reduce straining the neck. As you continue to build core(both front and back) strength, that should reduce any straining on the upper back or neck muscles. You’ve also inspired me for a video that breaks down low boat so stay tuned! Hope this helps!!! 🙏
