Brian, anytime the baler has sit for a short period you must cylce the roll brake lever right before next use. It’s simple but just a pain to have to remember each time. You do not have to reload the roll, just release brake and then engage it and you’re good. Thanks for taking the time to share your wonderful videos.

Deere wrap is prestretched. I don’t know if that’s the reason, but that’s the main difference that I know of. People that use Swanson have even backed off a little on the amount of wrap per bale but I leave it the same. Plus it’s cheaper!

I run the 569 bailer behind a 4440. And when replacing the net wrap im very generous with the baby powder, and make sure there's 3 points where I stuff it into the rollers (sides and middle) just barely between the rollers. And I replace the net wrap belt annually. Love the videos get ready to ship the tractor to Canada 😂

Hey just thinking about your Baler machine- check your belts to see if you have the tension set tight enough. Sometimes if a belt is stretched out or getting ready to break (check joints) it can cause the issue, until the baby powder/talc is ran through the machine. A secondary thought would be to take a high pressure air hose and blow out the inside of the baler area as well as belts to see if crude is caked inside causing it to throw out a bad bale when started each time. Just an idea- Great video - be safe and have fun :)

    Hey again guys!!
Well Cole, it was fantastic that you got out on the yard before your Dad but hey, you had really bad bed hair! I noticed through the video that it managed to 'right' itself and got back to your usual style.
Maybe you could drop the loader bucket off on a trailer or a stack of pallets to get a better view of it?. With the baler throwing its first bale occur with a new roll of wrap or any time your Dad starts baling any crop? You could try re-threading the wrap when you start baling.
So, as you roar headlong towards 100.000 subs (fantastic) I feel really proud to be a part of your journey. You have done an awesome job so far so keep it up buddy,
I found myself daydreaming today about entering my local ploughing match with a nice old international tractor of U.S.A descent....I'd be the star of the show for sure.
Stay safe guys and keep the regerts to a minimum.

I am the 'person who has no idea what he's talking about' assigned to your video. I have a vague idea that the front of the tractor has those weighty thingies on there, and the back end has that hitchey thing. The solution to your baler problem is that Brian did not powder the elves that ride in the baler and make the first wrap. Without their payment of powder, the elves go on strike and refuse to do their job. Cole tried to hook up the bucket to the wrong end. The back end with the hitchey thing is much easier to see from the cab. How that hitch is going to lift the bucket is not part of my job, because I quite obviously have no idea what I'm talking about! Bucky :-)

I believe the 560 needs the blinker fluid changed every 5,234.7 bale cycles. Oh, don't forget the exhaust filter. That needs to be changed every 10.3 bale cycles.

About that the net wraps around the rubber roller. Try to remove the net from the rollers after you are done baling and then tie it before you start again the next day or so. The net sticks to the rubber over night.
    Good luck!

  • @hayman1971
    @hayman1971 4 ปีที่แล้ว

FYI I got a new 560 baler last year and had a terrible time with first bale wrapping witch I thought I was the only on having trouble. I learned that new baler rubber roll is soft and wanted to grab net after a year of use I have not had problems on year 2 .Also I couldn't run my RPM's over 1700 while wrapping and that helped alot! Good luck!!👍

On your 560 baler it's annoying but you have to feed the net wrap for the first time of the day. Also on your baler for the net wrapping issues check your brake you should get 40lbs before it starts turning.

The solution for the Baler is simple. Just skip the first bale and always start with the 2nd bale. Problem solved. Have a beer. As far as the stinky boots.. first, just take off the boots and walk in your bare feet. The cavemen did it and they never smelled up their tractor cabs. If u don't want to do that, I find that spraying my boots with gasoline and lighting them before I get into the cab will get rid of the smell and keep my feet warm. A lot of these useful tips are in every issue of " Popular Alcoholics" magazine. You can buy it at most of the finest detox facilities. Now, the issue of why you cant seem to center the bucket on the loader when you attach it is a tough one. I mean, I've never met anybody that had trouble with that before. Maybe it's a depth perception thing. Did Brian accidentally shoot you in the head during the dart gun shootoff? It might not hurt to run a magnet over your skull and look for metal fragments. It can happen. I mean, we do that to neighbor Ned on a regular basis. Last week, we found 3 framing nails, a welding rod, and a throwing star stuck in there. His depth perception was so bad that, everytime he tried to wipe his nose, he would turn on the grain dryer. Anyway, let me know how that turns out. I promised the wife I'd take her to a nice dinner and I gotta find out when they put out the day old doughnuts at Dunkin. Have a good one!

Brian and Cole, thank you so much for all of the videos! I am recovering from a serious auto accident that was completely NOT my fault. The guy who tried to kill me was judged mentally insane and convicted. I found your channel from Eric in Pennsylvania who recommended you. Your videos are great. I think Brian is deserving of a short story about Cole growing into being a farmer/rancher at the end of every video! And do you consider yourselves to be ranchers or farmers? I would think ranchers as raising cattle is the main career and growing the crops is secondary. The main income is from cattle. Either way, you guys are great. And of course, let's not forget about the most important person there, Mother and Wife! Oh, and l think you can easily reach 100,000 subscribers. All you have to do is post a few videos which focus on the baby calves! You are completely forgetting about the females who would love to see the calves interaction with Ellie, or sniffing the camera which is always funny and just being cute. Thanks again!

Cycle the brake on the roller 2 times. That's what the dealer told us. We went to our dealers baler class to try to make ours operate better. We went through buckets of baby powder and they said it should only have to be dusted after it sits all winter or if it gets wet. We had the 468 and to be honest, we got pissed with ours wrapping hay around the rollers and traded for a Kubota. Best decision ever.

Whoever wins the tractor should donate it to the Mount Vernon Historical Society or some nearby history museum. Gives the guys a tax deduction and that's the best place for it.

Don't be to hard on yourself, my son Eric laughs at me when I switch between the bucket and forks on his John Deere. Just can't do it as seamlessly as he does!

    Hey Cole and Brian,
Is it the 100k subscriber that gets the tractor or anyone at random from your subscribers?
Cz if it is anyone at random, count me out, as my back garden is tiny, the house is like a shoebox and i actually call it that and I live in the UK. Would cost alot to send that here! 🤣🤣🤣🤗

Are you sure you don't want that tractor Sassi Lou ?
I read somewhere that Brian and Cole were going to deliver it personally and Cole was going to ride it up to your house wearing bib overalls and no shirt !
Brian was going to leave him there for at least a week to train you how to drive it. 😏😉
