    I loved that smoothie recipe. I personally try oats, 1 banana and whey protein with few walnuts as smoothie. Keeps me full 😊

    How do you manage to not eat after 2 pm? Does anyone else eat dinner in your family? What do you spend your evenings on? What is your usual sleep time? I’m curious and seek encouragement as mostly with IF I have seen people not eat after 4 if not 6-7, but 2 pm is extreme.

      yes! sometimes I go in for 16 hours or 14 hours - depends upon my physical activities. These days I am more into biking!!
