    So interesting. I intermitt fast from 1pm to 7pm . But I sometimes eat breakfast or dinner at lunch. I eat OMD(one meal a day) and then a snack with no carbes.I feel better than I felt for many year and have been do so for 3 years. I also gradually shorted my window of eating

      Boil about one litre water in a utensil. When it is still hot add about two table spoon salt and cleaned and wiped amla and use after seven days. Store it in a clean bottle container.

      Try n maintain 50 - 60 gms of protein a day. Otherwise end with a protein shake.

      To gain weight, eat rice in the afternoon. Also eat potatoes. Mangoes and bananas. Have milk, eggs, meat and fish. You can also have food cooked in pure ghee, butter or coconut oil.

    I've been following your channel for a while now, your recipes are fantastic. The above video is fabulous! Was wondering if there could be content on breakfast/pre/post-meal or drink options for dancers training for their Arangethram & training bodies for weight loss + build stamina, (Bharatha Natyam). Also any suggestions for substitutes for people with food intolerances and gastric issues? for e.g. I cannot consume lentils, oats, dairy & some trending nut milks like almond, cashew, coconut Lol! Would love to see more content regarding this!

    The benefits of IF and keto are much better, with IF and carbs your body burns carbs and stores the fat. If you are consuming fruits with sugar that will also be converted to fat and stored
