I disagree. If we used the term "boys" when describing a male in the same profession, I would agree. but when a man uses the term 'girl' to describe a woman who works for him, it is a subtle way of keeping her in her place. Again, I've never heard a man use the term boy when describing a worker.

Thank you for all your time and care you put into making your videos.
In Mark 16:15 he commands us too "Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature". I take this command very serious.
In hopes that others who are not born-again will decide to make that choice. Jesus is the only way to heaven. Living he loved us, dying he saves us, and buried he carried our sins far away.
Keep in mind no one is promised tomorrow, or even an hour from now. Proverbs 27:1 Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Please call upon Jesus today.
Will he redo the drywall?

Please, Judge Millian, to say girls instead of women is fine. I'm in my 60's and calling me a girl is just fine. Don't be so sensitive.
I disagree. If we used the term "boys" when describing a male in the same profession, I would agree. but when a man uses the term 'girl' to describe a woman who works for him, it is a subtle way of keeping her in her place. Again, I've never heard a man use the term boy when describing a worker.
I agree!
I agree with you . Sometimes lady can sound offensive , woman can sound old (especially if the person is like 18-24) I’m 37 and I still love to be called girl . My best friend and I greet each other with “hey girrrrlll” no one in passing conversation comes up and says “hey woman”. And actually saying “I have a woman in the office” could make someone say “oh my he’s trying to be funny by accentuating that’s she’s female, he could’ve just said I have “someone” in the office lol 😂 honestly everyone just need to sit down I’m so sick of all this crybaby sensitivity smh 🤦🏽♀️
@@lauraanne5175 people wouldn’t say they have a few “boys,” but they’d use the less formal “guys.” Colloquially, we use “girls,” the same way we use “guys.” Man/woman, boy/girl, guy/girl, lady/gentleman. It’s really not hard to understand why the defendant used “girl” instead of “woman.”
My mom always called us “the girls “and we were in our 50s and 60s. Even our husbands call us that. I’m not offended.
