Dear if you start teaching you'll find such students too... In this case I feel they may have found a candidate before you that was suitable so they were just testing their waters with you :)

The salary range you showed, is way far than what we actually get. I am a fresher and I applied for prt job in 5 schools . Got selected in 2 , but out which one tried to pay me 8500 per month salary with 1 year contract. And second one 9000 per month.. I didn't knew that private school teachers salary is this much low.
I was in shock for 3 days after the interviews. 😂

Ma'am i have just completed my masters but my result is pending because just one day ago was my last exam....i have completed my B.Ed too today i got a call from a boarding school and they were offering me the job of teaching lkg students....what shoud i do....and how to ask them about salary expectations..?

Mam can u guide me wt to do plz.. I was fresher to work as lecture ... Initially they told 20k but after all d procedure they told 18k for 6 months i was its fine for 6 mnths but its been year already they are saying next mnth will increase but for next academic they should increase but they didn't give clarity they said 20k after that 22 will give but can u guide wt i need to ask prprly nd am working bcz its my first clg i don't want leave in middle
Only written work can act as proof dear .... If they had given you in writing about 20k you can go to higher authorities and put your point forward... Also I understand your concerns but even after managing a lot nothing happens just take it as an important lesson from first job and don't repeat next time :)
