Does anyone else in this space have experience with a Career Road mapping program. My company is doing this and raises are limited by level if job function - career band then level??

If you don't like the job, or the extremely low pay, just quit. . uhm, thedacare would like a word.
I believe that you should not ask for a raise because that can get you a NO for an answer. The correct question is what do I need to do to get a 10 percent raise? That will get you a lot of information, for one the work needed to get a 10 percent raise, you will also get to know what the workload required is and if its fair or not, and thirdly you will know what the company thinks of you. They might raise you immediately because you asked or they might say sorry, you will never get a raise cause you are already overpaid...and then you know NOW is the time to leave
There is no point to this video. Raises do not exist this day and age. If you want a raise you have to change jobs, get it going in the door or you don't get it. Even if you show market data and various reports and request a salary correction you still won't get it. Maybe at Ramsey but that's it. Also if you're unemployed throw this video out the window and take what they offer. Then immediately start looking for another position that pays what you want. Videos like this are bad, probably why it has 300 views.

Seems you are salty you didn’t get a raise and have a defeatist attitude. High performers absolutely get raises because management knows it’s necessary to keep them
@@vladfather916complete BS the amount of insane talent I’ve seen switch companies because of a refusal to pay more is mind boggling. It’s not an attitude problem it’s a greed problem.
