Hey Ramsha, i just want to know about for i130 file . Is that possible uscis can’t send information and your file transfer to another Center because i received notification my file has to nebraska Center but i send massage to USCIS to know my application status they told me that please check vermont Center processing time . So i want to just know is that possible.??

Nahi, ek hi timeline hai aur aap choose nahi kar sakte. Agar visa issue hote waqt shaadi ko 2 saal ho gaye hain, toh automatically IR-1 issue hoga. Aap ko kuch karne ki zaroorat nahi

Submit your documents after scanning it because camera clicked picture photos can not keep the clear results so scan all of your documents with scanner
Hi Mehar! Did you scan it with proper scanner. Sometimes even phone scanners dont work.

I want get know if we apply Cr1 visa but they have taken more than 2 years into visa processing then they will change automatically Cr1 visa to Ir1 visa or we will be need apply I-751 form within 90 days before complete 2 years?
The embassy will convert your visa to IR-1 automatically. You don’t need to do anything

Hi Rizwana, right now the interview letters that are coming are for DQ date of Feb 2021. According to that timeline, you should expect an IL in 3-4 months hopefully. Good Luck!

What is the difference between IR-1 and IR-2
Hi Samia thanks for your question. The main difference between an IR-1 and IR-2 immigrant visas is who they are for; an IR-1 visa is for a spouse of an U.S. citizen, while the IR-2 visa is for an unmarried child of an U.S. citizen who is under the age of 21.

Excuse me ! I got married in 3,July ,2023.
My PD is : 29, Aug , 2023 ….. and I think I am in cr1 visa category now but I guess till i get my interview letter and my visa it takes me 3 years , And CR1 visa is for 2 years. So do i need to apply for remove conditions on residence by myself or no they will give me IR1 visa after interview
They will automatically switch you to IR-1 after 2 years, you don’t need to do anything
