- Hi guys! In this video, I present a complete Interview guide for U.S. Immigration interviews (mainly for CR-1/IR-1 Spouse Visa). My interview was held at Islamabad Embassy, which I cover in detail in this video. The information I present here can be useful for any U.S. Embassy (i.e. Mumbai, Manila, etc). and will help out people preparing for Marriage/Fiance visa through I-130 Petition. I cover documents for interview day, where to go, interview questions, and a mock interview with a consular officer. By this time you should be complete with your USCIS and NVC steps. Good Luck!

Yes its a good evidence I printed random chats of mine (not too much) and took them to interview as well as we uploaded them on CEAC as well.

Hello, i have a question, plz guide, if interview time mentioned in the e-mail is Morning 7:30 a.m., how early the shuttle service is available? what if i reach the shuttle service at Morning 5:30 a.m., what is their starting time, and a lazy question, are the service providers such as In-Drive, careem, etc. easily/frequently available, in early morning times in Islamabad, around 4:30/5:00 a.m. or would you recommend to hire a full day rent a car service facility for a safer side. During NVC Stage, on CEAC portal aap ne ya ap ke sponsor/beneficiary ne ek form fill out kiya hoga, DS-260. Uske end mien ek confirmation page ata hai jiss par ek barcode hota hai. Woh DS-260 confirmation page hota hai, joh aap ko interview mien lekar jana hota hai.
Ager ds260 form fill kartay waqt koi mistake hojaey to kya karen,? Or interview walay din officer ko kb bataen k ye mistake hue hain jb origional documents mangtay hain pahlay or wait karnay ka kahtay hain to us waqt origional papers k sath ek paper pe sari mistakes lik k dy daen takay pahlay hi wo rewiew karlen ya officer ko bataen interview k waqt wo ajeeb to nhi hojaega

Wsallam; are you referring in Islamabad embassy? The entire process from filing I-130 to interview is pretty lengthy right now for Pakistan, almost 2.5 years. They are currently interviewing DQ of Nov 2021. Hopefully if they speed it up and clear the backlog, we can see shorter times in future

Hi Harpareet! Because of student visa, they were slowed down, I noticed online. But in August we can hope CR1/ IR1 IL to start coming faster. I will keep u posted here as soon as I get any info

Hi Shehzad, she can go to the embassy with you, but i have heard various cases, where some have gone inside and other were not allowed. Also, technically just the interpreter (if one needs) or special needs assistants can accompany you. You definitely don't need to take your wife in the interview. Good Luck!

Can you please tell how much wedding photos should we put in Album and take it with us on interview day?
Hi Arsalan, before the interview on CEAC website, we uploaded various photos from wedding and other occasions. Try to include photos of you 2 together but also with family. Usually its a good idea to take a small album which shows 15-20 photos that show a bonafide marriage. I didn't take actual wedding album, but rather made a small album which included wedding, honeymoon, and other meet ups. And yes take to interview. good luck!

AOA Ramsha. I got recently DQ'd by the NVC and my wife is my Petitioner. As you said that the embassy asked for your birth certificate, so can you let me know if your translated it from Urdu to English. As I was born in 1991, my birth certificate is in Urdu and when I checked the DOS's website they mentioned that a translated copy would be required. Would appreciate your comments on this.
After how long did you get DQ'd?
And the birth certificate will be obtained from the union council of your area.. i also made it..

@@RamshaKhan18 My husband submitted my case on March 6, 2020 which was approved by Uscis on March 19, 2022. Now his lawyer filled this form Ds-160. They say that those who are permanent residents can do it on the form of Ds-160 .Can you tell me if it is correct or not and how much time it takes to get this form approved by NVC.

I already done interview k1 category Islamabad US embassy. K1 interview so bad think with all benefitury k1. First you're interview in window area then 2nd your interview after 5 minutes in private room. Room no 28 . That's private room insade Pakistani man & he's ask you lots of questions about your fiance... If you're interview in private room that's means you're case Deined decision. Because last one to until now now of people k1 visa catagory Daniel after a 15 to 14 month waiting for administrative processing... Best of luck to you
