Hi Kulsum, we mistakenly forgot to submit the marriage registration form (NADRA) in the NVC website (CEAS), which delayed our process. NVC requires Pakistani citizens to upload 3 marriage documents.

Hi Danish! Your spouse visa will move forward in diff stages like I-130 then its approval the NVC stage till DQ when your documents will be approved and then wait for interview letter. Hi Ifrah, I am guessing you submitted your initial I-130 Form in Dec 2021? It depends on the service center your application is sent to, but usually taking 8-12 months for U.S. Citizen sponsoring spouse these days at USCIS. Then another 6-7 months at NVC, after which they send you the IL. After the interview, you usually get your passport back with visa in 2 weeks. Thanks again for enjoying the video! :)
Hello madam, Good information. Our Son is a US Citizen. He applied for our Green Card on 26th February 22. At present we are in McKinney, Texas on a B1-B2 visitors visa since November 2021. So far we have received EAD- EMPLOYMENT AUTHORISATION and SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS in the last week of August 22. We also have received a notification for I -693 medical deficiency for both of us. We have not submitted our Medical Reports with our petitions. In this notice they have mentioned to submit our Medical Reports at the time of our interview or if our interview is waived they will advise how to submit it. In the above situations when we can expect our Interview or our interview waiver intimation. We are in need to return to India for family base reasons and for my dental treatment.

you have to give them 3 marriage docs from Pakistan otherwise they will not accept it and will ask you to submit more which will cause unnecessary delay. Just submit them to be on safe side.

Hello, We, while filling Form I 130A, made a huge mistake.. need ur help..My wife is from USA, she applied for me online.. So, this form had to be filled by me, being the benificiary... So, on the first page, I mistakenly filled all the informations of my wife who applied for me.. and in the next all pages of I 130A, I rightly put my own information... my case is approved and at the stage with NVC... we didn't hear any Welcome from NVC.. our priority date has not yet been current. what should we do to fix it?

You can try contacting NVC and explain your situation, and they might be able to help you and correct the info. Hi Haseeb, thank you for your question. Yes! All 3 (Original urdu nikkahnama, English translation and NADRA marriage registration) have to be uploaded on NVC for Pakistan cases. I myself forgot to upload the urdu nikkahnama and it delayed my case considerably. Please upload it right away, if the field is closed, upload it in the additional documents section. good luck!

Hi Kulsum, we mistakenly forgot to submit the marriage registration form (NADRA) in the NVC website (CEAS), which delayed our process. NVC requires Pakistani citizens to upload 3 marriage documents.

Hi Danish! Your spouse visa will move forward in diff stages like I-130 then its approval the NVC stage till DQ when your documents will be approved and then wait for interview letter. Hi Ifrah, I am guessing you submitted your initial I-130 Form in Dec 2021? It depends on the service center your application is sent to, but usually taking 8-12 months for U.S. Citizen sponsoring spouse these days at USCIS. Then another 6-7 months at NVC, after which they send you the IL. After the interview, you usually get your passport back with visa in 2 weeks. Thanks again for enjoying the video! :)

Our Son is a US Citizen. He applied for our Green Card on 26th February 22. At present we are in McKinney, Texas on a B1-B2 visitors visa since November 2021. So far we have received EAD- EMPLOYMENT AUTHORISATION and SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS in the last week of August 22. We also have received a notification for I -693 medical deficiency for both of us. We have not submitted our Medical Reports with our petitions. In this notice they have mentioned to submit our Medical Reports at the time of our interview or if our interview is waived they will advise how to submit it.
In the above situations when we can expect our Interview or our interview waiver intimation. We are in need to return to India for family base reasons and for my dental treatment.

you have to give them 3 marriage docs from Pakistan otherwise they will not accept it and will ask you to submit more which will cause unnecessary delay. Just submit them to be on safe side.

We, while filling Form I 130A, made a huge mistake.. need ur help..My wife is from USA, she applied for me online.. So, this form had to be filled by me, being the benificiary... So, on the first page, I mistakenly filled all the informations of my wife who applied for me.. and in the next all pages of I 130A, I rightly put my own information... my case is approved and at the stage with NVC... we didn't hear any Welcome from NVC.. our priority date has not yet been current. what should we do to fix it?

Hi Haseeb, thank you for your question. Yes! All 3 (Original urdu nikkahnama, English translation and NADRA marriage registration) have to be uploaded on NVC for Pakistan cases. I myself forgot to upload the urdu nikkahnama and it delayed my case considerably. Please upload it right away, if the field is closed, upload it in the additional documents section. good luck!
