Hi guys! In this video, I wanted to share tips and tricks that have helped me and many others when going for your U.S. Spouse Visa at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate (CR-1 or IR-1). Most of these experiences that I have gathered are from Islamabad or Mumbai but can work anywhere. Please share any helpful tips that have helped you in your interview. My mother lost her job recently and she's a household member included as sponsor along with my father . Do we have to update them on that or should i just use the same i864 and i864a that i submitted before? She was let go after we filed our taxes for the 2023 tax year. @@inshirahkhan6916 yes when I did my medicals they asked for covid vaccination certificate, it is compulsory to provide, but other then that if you don't have other vaccination record they will give you vaccination at hospital what are the needed for immigration. They charge some fees for that. I took complete doses of covishield vaccine before even mY visa process started

Can anyone please tell who has recent medical before Interview what they do about what type of tests x-rays.
You should visit the website of the medical center where you are making an appointment. They give the details of documents or any requirements. For instance, i went to AMC Islamabad 4 days ago with my covid and polio vaccination certificates, 2 colored passport bio page copies, 2 white background passport size photos, my medical appointment mail copy and interview mail copy.
They do an Xray; take your blood sample; do vaccines; take live picture; physical exam like check eyes, weight, blood pressure, height and do pregnancy test if required. Thats it'

Salam! I your videos are always very helping thankyou so much just wanted to know if renewed my passport so should i add it in additional documents? And my husband changed his job so should i put his documents too? My DQ is july 2023
Thanks! If you have a new passport, wait till you get your interview letter. Once you do, then upload the bio page of the new passport in the additional documents and take both, old and new passport to the interview. If you have been DQ’ed, do not do anything in the portal until your interview letter is issued. Good luck !

It depends on your embassy. Usually takes around 2.5 to 3 years in Islamabad with US citizen sponsoring.
I born us citizen but living in Pakistan with parents.Get married with 2 months earlier and plan to sponsor my spouse...I am not working just done my pharm D degree but I can manage a joint sponsor easily from USA..

Ideal toh nahi hai ke 2 years se spouses miley nahi ho, lakin aap ko make up karna hoga by showing chat logs, video calls, gift receipts, family pictures together at time of wedding. Point is to prove you have a real bona fide marriage and are couples who plan to live together.

Abhi August September 2022 ke dq ko interview letters milrae hain. Us hisab se apko abhi atleast a year to ha. IA it’ll be quick as Islamabad embassy is actively doing CR1 now.

For Islamabad embassy, around 14-15 months, since they are currently interviewing Sept 2022 DQ.

Nahi, you just need the original birth certificate of the beneficiary and should also keep a copy of the birth certificate of petitioner at time of interview.

Got the dq mail on july172023 waiting for the interview letter how can i change my state of my case from cr1 to ir1?
If you have paid your green card fees after your interview, you should get it in mail in 4-6 weeks. For IR-1, you don’t need to do anything, it will change automatically when you go for interview and they issue the visa. Your greencard will say IR-1, and will be valid for 10 years

For Islamabad, 16-18 months after DQ as per current speed. Agar Islamabad embassy ka pace bard jaye toh jaldi ho sakta hai

Sister, I and my spouse didn't take photos at our wedding day because of Islamic culture. But we took photos personally at many events and honeymoon. So how we prepare the photo album? Pls response.
If you don’t have any wedding day pic, then upload what you have but include a lot of photos with family if possible and on honeymoon.

Sister how long is administrative Process in Islamabad for? My husband got his interview March 8,2024. They only asked to give my wedding photos, My whatsApp chat logs and my visa stamp when i went to visit my husband in Pakistan. How long is the wait you think? Thank You kindly
What slip did they give your husband and what that says?did they keep his passport or ask him to courier the passport?
They gave white slip.They gave my husband passport back. On the ceac it says refused but they told him they would call him for him to send his passport after he sends the info what was requested of him.

Hello Mam, I gave my interview on 6th march 2024 , and after interview consular gave me white paper slip 221(g) , and they remarked on the slip just Administrative process and also marked passport courier, that’s, but Mam I wanna ask you that can I send my passport to embassy Islamabad, but they didn’t mail me, that send your passport, so what should I do??
I have the same issue my interview was done on March 1st 2024, visa officer gave white page refused visa under 221G and asked to fill up form DS5535 , but still didn’t hear anything, my status administrator processing. Can you please let me know what to expect. Thanks

My brother in law had it he got DS5535 but lady said fill this form and courier the passport too so he didn't wait for any email he filled the form and courier the passport he got Visa in 2 weeks
