I used to work as a smart home designer/Sub contractor for Drees homes in the Washington/ DC area. I can say with conviction that of all the builders I worked with, Drees is a professional builder of quality homes bar none. I wouldn't trust anyone else unless I was building the house myself. It's just too bad they haven't been building in this area anymore.
GOOD to hear and thank you for sharing from experience. Yes, the reason I sell so many Drees as confidently as I do is that the attention to build quality and standard is rather strong. They would rather be delayed before taking on sub-par trade builders.

My sister and her family currently live in Lewisville, Texas. In a small three bedroom home. She has 4 boys. So 5 bedrooms means that they can each have there own room.

This place looks great. There's just one thing that is in the way. Or just out of place. When about to enter the kitchen, there is a beam, that blocks the view of the kitchen, it just seems in the way. Its the only fault really see In This place. Maybe make the pantry bigger to expand the wall to meet up with that beam. Lolol, its just in the way!

I don't. Nashville has a variety of modern designs, but not sure if it will have this catalog.

This is a 5000+ SF home, I do not believe there is a way to take away a structural bedroom as part of this floorplan.

This particular model home is not for sale. What I am showing you is a floorplan by Drees that will be an option when they open up opportunity early 2022. I believe these will end up ranging from 1.2+

There is no price yet for Drees in Travisso, I would estimate 1.3+ for a floorplan like this , there.
Why isn't the home's price in the video's title or description?
A few reasons:
1. The only set price is base, a base price is often very misleading and too many people and clients send me youtube videos of homes they think they can afford off of a base price.
The Base price of this model in Travisso will be approx. $750K but to actually buy one - it will end up over 1.2M. You see how confusing that can be?
2. The prices change too often, so a video that was posted with a price 3 months ago, that price is NO longer valid, and the way TH-cam works , the videos are often seen by many months / or even a years later- again causing more confusion.
_ I am hoping when someone reaches out or comments with questions I can always reply with the most accurate data at the time.
It's frustrating to deal with so many 'Click Bait' type headers: "THIS home is ONLY $600K in Texas" when the reality is NOT true.
