This is beautiful home rooms are a bit to small.
My husband needs a large study area for all his books and lage setting area for him and his guest. Plus outside area for entertainments with all the amenities pool area fire pit grill outside TV area plus a spacious back yard
the houses here are to close together beautiful home.
Hi Audrey, Drees builds homes over 5000 SF and on larger lots.... but like anything- it comes down to budget and criteria.
How much is austin home tax paid per year?
It can range from 1.9 - 3 depending on where you live.
Do Drees homes usually have ceiling beams? Some people think that’s a nice accent but those exposed beams look somewhat annoying imo. Not sure if they’re structural beams or what..
Most people LOVE them and they are an upgrade, its usually without on a base home. They are not often weight-bearing - but more design aesthetics
it looks off b/c there is no tray ceiling for it. I have a Drees home being built now but I got the tray ceiling and beams are inside it. Looks much cleaner.
