Beautiful home. Many homes in TX property taxes like this one are about 3% of the home value. Homes are beautiful and very affordable, property taxes not so much. - We live in a 5 bedroom home, 5.5 baths, close to the ocean (great beach), mountains in back vista. We very much like where we live - but the strength is low property taxes. Always check the taxes and insurance rates before purchasing a new home; they extremely vary by location. - Again, really beautiful home.
Property taxes is a variable, but consider the home you can get is likely 2-3x the price in California. Therefore lifestyle has shown to be a more contributing factor than higher property taxes.
This is my dream home wow out of all the homes I’ve seen even higher priced homes this home is the one !!! Man it’s just so amazing . Especially being one story this home is perfect for a forever home the older you get the less you want to go upstairs for stuff .
You are NOT alone.... this one is incredible...and agreed on single story.

It's not that expensive, and yes it's worth it.
Well it is preference, but for this range of home and finish, the under cabinet lights are to be expected. the floating vanity is a preference and look amazing, especially with the light under them as well.

For a home of this size, it has a nice homey feel to it. In my opinion however, for a home of this magnitude, the kitchen is pretty inconsequential. I had to watch a few seconds into the kitchen to be sure that this was indeed the kitchen. Note to builder: Disjointed, too spread out. Looks like a kitchen for people who don't cook. But on the upside, lots of space for the caterers to spread out.
I think in person you may disagree. but you are right , its a unique taste.
What was that place behind the stand-alone tub in the Owner’s bathroom?

My only problem is that pool isn't big enough if I wanna use a pool my mice will have it to make the fibs and stuff I'm 61 I would have to buy a second lot just to build a backyard
Sounds like you know what you like and want.
It is important to know if the pool is a swimming pool or a soaking tub. I like houses that have bathrooms for every room with at least a shower. A tub or shower in the master suite should have room for two. The tub should have water jets. And heat the water like a hot tub. All showers need a place to sit. Many people using the shower slip and injure or kill the selves because of no place to sit. A master suite needs to be on the first floor because most accidents in the home are from falling on the stairs. Consider putting in a steam shower in your water shower.

What is up with the dining table being part of the kitchen? I’d you back up 5 feet you got the breakfast bar 😩. The dining room should have look like where that pool table was.
Formal dining areas are a thing of the past. With open concept floorplans , you will see more of this.

A pool implies that residents can use the pool to swim laps. Swimming laps requires at least 25 meters (about 70 feet) of length at six foot depth with flat walls on each side so that the swimmer can perform a flip tune t each end of the pool. When a swimmer pushes off from the side in a flip turn the distance from the wall is 15 to 25 feet leaving about 50 feet to get in about 10 strokes. So this is not a swimming pool but a soaking pool?

Nice one, but I never understood why you would have more bathrooms than bedrooms. Lol
....well most do not want guests walking into private bedrooms to use a bathroom. The solution to this is achieved by having additional bathrooms or "powder baths" outside of the ensuites.

Maybe the floor plan is contributing to the dizziness. Unlike most models, this one isn’t very well lit. That may have been intentional to showcase the dramatic effects of the all that under cabinet lighting (both uppers and lowers, even the ones that aren’t floating!). Natural lighting is more of a challenge with single-story homes. Lots of other people walking around the model prob also made Soomin anxious to get out of there quickly.

A lot of luxurious buildings that's said to be homes really 👀 looks moreso like mansions that has very high ceilings and very big kitchen and living room seating area looks moreso like a vacationing resort to me also to have sucha big swimming pool.↗(?)Maybe perhaps the beauty were built for a rich and or famous person that has the money to buy; and has a big family and or loves to entertain.↗I'm just saying.😁↗It's a beautiful though.↗😊
There is a home for everyone, larger smaller, lower or higher.
Awesome kitchen, except for the white marble backsplash. Bad idea putting white so close to a stovetop.
