⚠️ Wastewater Treatment Plant Possibly Coming Near Saddleback ⚠️ There are plans to build a wastewater treatment plant adjacent to Saddleback. 🤔 The location of this plant is on land previously owned by the Santa Rita Ranch developer(s), which has since been “permitted” to the City of Liberty Hill. 🤔 Prospective buyers should be aware: Santa Rita Ranch sales teams and HOA representatives do not always disclose this information upfront. While it is mentioned in the HOA’s covenants, many buyers may not notice it. Additionally, for many current residents, HOA documents and covenants were not provided until the day of closing or even afterward. Be sure to request these documents well in advance of closing and carefully review them. It’s also important to consult with your realtor to ensure your best interests as a buyer are protected. 🤔 I urge all prospective buyers to do thorough research before deciding to relocate. 🛑 The City of Liberty Hill has a history of issues with wastewater treatment plants. Other than the Guadi furniture and light fixtures and cheap art it’s giving huge potential vibes . I do like the care they took with this house and the upgrades like the fireplace with tile to the ceiling the extended bay windows in the primary the ample storage space etc. .. Plus the front and back yard are actually great. I want it !!! 😅I need 5 bedrooms and a 3 car and this hits all the checkmarks it’s got room for my 3 kids a room for mother in law or guests and theatre room / play room upstairs . The huge yard is A+ cause I want to have a pool and half court similar to yours eventually 😅. The only real negatives that aren’t easy to fix or cheap are the non matching floors upstairs and downstairs. I get it’s not a huge deal for some people but I’d definitely have to change that to wood or luxury vinyl plank that matches all throughout . All the restrooms are a tad above builder grade and have nice tile in the showers which is a huge plus as well . All together a great home definitely above average find. 👍

Definitely a dream home. But I only counted 4 bedrooms, not 5. Was the 5th bedroom being converted into something else?

I live directly in front of a pond in my community and the downside is some not all people who don’t live here and fish here leave tons of trash and beer cans and it all eventually goes in the water . We as residents then have to clean it up in between the HOA cleanup crew visits which aren’t very often or just leave it dirty . Super annoying to have to deal with picking up lazy people’s trash . The upside is the sound of the water and having a nice view for the most part . There are always positive and negatives with everything though.

The one thing I don’t like is the hassle to keep up the landscape.

I’ve been there and not all sites have a nice view but I like the hills and the neighborhood in general. Also, the homes with better views are in the most expensive section (there are 3 different neighborhoods with different price ranges).

Hello I’m from Georgetown, Tx and I’ve been too H Mart and the Korean restaurant. They’re both awesome.

The property is superbnice & amazing 🤩👍🏿! The whitish interior of the home is perfect💯👍👏, as it would reflect more lights 💡 during night hours, especially it's location near the bushes! The land that properties sit on is a hilly slope. Why not builders building a basement their 🤷🏻‍♂️!? Soomin, can you tell me what's the lot size of the house? Also I've very little idea about Leander. So how far is it from the Austin's downtown?? Anyways to wrap up all the property is superb 😊👍🏿as it is ! Thanks a lot Soomin for the nice home tour ☺❤👍🏿!

H Mart has been my go to store since I moved here to Austin. I lived in GA most of my life and the only H mart we had was 4 hours away from me in Atlanta. I would make trips up there JUST to go to H Mart lol. When I moved here 5 years ago H Mart wasn't NEARLY as busy as it is now. Its popularity definitely blew up post pandemic. I fully understand why but I'm ready for slower traffic at this location with the new one opening down south.
