I'm 23 weeks and have had spd for several weeks now. Been so limited and really frustrated at not being able to properly exercise. This routine has let me break a sweat for the first time in ages! And without feeling like I've injured myself. Thank you! Will be doing this and your other spd exercises regularly.

Thank you Jessica for all your wonderful videos! I have been following your pre natal workouts ever since my 4th month of pregnancy. I think they helped me immensely in keeping up my fitness throughout the pregnancy. My babys head was engaged into the pelvis at week 35 and at week 38 I delivered a beautiful boy after only 4.5 hours of labor. It was challenging as every labor is, but it was wonderful experience that I will cherish forever. I can't thank you enough. Keep spreading your positive vibes! Love..

Just wanted to say thank you for your videos, I did your pregnancy exercices throughout my pregnancy and last week when I was in labour I was doing your breathing tecnique and followed your advices. I wasnt able to have a natural birth without epidural because I had to be induced, but I did have a natural birth and felt strong during the contractions, as well as I was able to push the baby with just 20 minutes and I almost avoided tearing, I just had 1 stitch. Thank you and keep up your good work 💪

When you do bridge, are you in neutral position or imprint position? Or are you going back and force? Before I got pregnant, I was taught that bridge works for butt only if I keep imprint position. But with baby in my belly, I’m not sure if I’m supposed to take the imprint position at all during pregnancy. I feel bad to try to flatten my belly. Could you give me advise?
