    I felt so good after this workout! Definitely helped decrease nausea at 9 weeks. I love the walking "breaks" instead of just rest. Thanks so much!

      Couldnt agree more!! 33 weeks and suffer from Vulvar Varicosities so anything with jumping etc really hurts but the walking workouts are perfect!

    I am 24 weeks pregnant. This is the best! I usually feel every painful, aka boring, minute of workouts but not this one, not to mention it is challenging. Thank you for posting this!

    I absolutely adore your workouts! I have been doing them since 6 weeks of pregnancy and am now at 24 weeks. The walking workouts are by far my favorites! I had been a Beachbody person for the last 2 years. Your workouts are the closest I get to feeling that intensity but feeling safe for pregnancy. Thank you for making this FTM and AMA pregnant woman feel like she is still in shape!!!

    Approaching week 33 here and have been doing these walking exercises for a couple of months now 4-5 times a week! I feel my body getting stronger and stronger, and I feel more confident about my upcoming birthing experience all thanks to you and your amazing exercises! I feel like my friends are already too tired of listening to me adoringly talking about your workouts 😁

    Please keep making these walking workouts!! I love them - I get a sweat on and my heart rate up, but is the moves are all plenty comfortable and doable even in third trimester!

    I really liked this one. At the start of it, I was able to only lift my legs up to 45 degrees when walking, but in just about 5 minutes, they went all the way up - it's important to keep everything moving! :D

    Excellent video as always!! Im officially 38 weeks along, and this was a toughie, but it felt great.
    The duration was perfect as well. I was starting to get really tired and thought to myself “this might be the first workout video that I don’t make it all the way through!” And just as I had that thought, we moved into the cool down! I’m so happy that I’m still able to move, sweat snd get my heart rate up this close to having a baby!

    I tried many of your Workouts, but this one i love the most. Reached week 18 right now with my first child. With your Workout i really feel strong and confident. I also love the disney dance workout, but i am getting so emotional listening to disney songs so i always have to quit before the end. Would love to see more of these or a britney spears dance workout 😀 wish you the best for your plan to get pregnant again

    Girl, this kicked my butt! Could be because I'm 32 weeks and haven't done a single workout in my pregnancy until now. Luckily I walk constantly at work and love walking everywhere in general.     24weeks along now, I tried and really liked some of your earlier workouts a while back, I'm bookmarking all of these new ones to do once the heat wave passes here or at least until we've moved to our new house, our apartment's currently 30C and I sweat just sitting in place so the only exercise I feel like doing is walking to the closest lake shore and swimming :'D

    Great workout, thanks for making this video. Please keep making more similar videos.
    My only gripe was one 4.5 minute ad in the middle which I couldnt skip while casting to TV and had to close and restart the video to avoid the gap in workout. Short ads are fine in breaks, but 4.5 minutes is a bit too much.
