- I got to drive the new BMW 640d Gran Coupe from Strasbourg to the UK, and on the way I maxed the car out on the German Autobahn. Okay, so it's not a proper review - yo can see that on the CarBuyer TH-cam channel. These are just my musings inside the car.

I think it looks amazing, especially from the front (but ik looks are preference based)

I love this car, haven't got a need for a car this big I just want one because it's brilliant & plus it looks amazing
And the best thing is, you did 150mph in ECO PRO mode...

I have one of the GT86 too. It just takes me ages to edit them as I'm so busy with other stuff. But I thought yeah. I should do vlogs.

Just bought one..... unbelievable car. Love it. Definitely doesn't sound or perform like any diesel I know.

@@Fendermanpaul thanks for the reply, I found one, here in France at the auctions, 255k km, 640d for 17500, what do you think ? What should I look for ?
@@immigrant3221 service history. No smoke, noises from turbos, change the oil with fully synthetic every year, check oil in the car, is it very black or has been changed, no warning lights. Also there is a new safety recall for them for an exhaust problem, check if done or get it booked in. Should be free from bmw. Good luck.

Great reveiw these cars are very affordable as of right now due to covid 19. I'lll definitely be getting one very soon.
Beautiful car. I'm going to make sure one day i get to the Nurburgring and do a lap. BMW 6 series is my favorite car on sale at the moment, and the Nurburgring my favorite track. Hope one day i can do the trip you just did for myself.

Mat in your car buyer review you said you maxed it on the autobahn. That video was posted 3 months after this one and they are different cars (checked the number plates) when you said that on car buyer were you referring to this one? Or did you max the car buyer one as well? I know these are probably filmed at completely different times to when they go up :) hope you get back to me

Right hand steering is just wrong
Most people are right handed so it makes sense to use your right (dominant) hand to control the vehicle whilst your use your other hand to change gear.
