Likewise man, especially the chorus of Kindergarten. As humourus as the lyrics are the music, melody and of course Mike Patton singing "KINDERGARTEN" makes my day so much better or if I'm going through a rough time.

In between getting The Real Thing in 1989 and buying Angel Dust immediately in June 1992, I had bought the self titled Mr. Bungle album. It took awhile for me to get into that wild ride, but once it clicked, it was one of the most awesome and insane albums I had ever heard. So upon hearing Angel Dust for the very first time, the left turn from The Real Thing instantly made sense, plus I loved that Patton's vocals were utterly insane in Faith No More. Played that CD to death for months on end. Still one of the greatest albums of all time.
I know Jim Martin was the odd man out on the album, but his guitar work was the final bit of glue that made it brilliant. He still somehow managed to fit his guitar into the songs and even when it clashed, it worked.

I must say that I was a first day buyer of Angel Dust when it was released. I first bought it on cassette - (as I was still months away from getting my first Cd player) then several months later scooped up the
Japanese cd version - which included the (unavailable elsewhere) kickass Patton sung remake of As The Worm Turns as well as a booklet and a sticker.
I had previously found myself becoming an instant fan of FNM right after seeing the video for Epic to becoming a hopeless devotee after getting a copy of The Real Thing.
Then I became a lifelong fan of Mike Patton after the self titled Mr. Bungle album came out and hopelessly ensnared me.
When Angel Dust came out I was instantly impressed by Pattons ditching of the nasally vocal delivery that had permeated The Real Thing.
Between that and him now using a more chest driven vocal style as well as the band delivering a much more varied and adventurous collection of songs that still impresses me to this day.
I still love this album as much as I did 30 years ago.
It also makes me proud that it’s so beloved and widely viewed as an highly influential masterwork to fans and other bands alike.

Amazing video !! Angel Dust is a phenomenal album that defies categorization. It covers so many different feelings and sounds. It's a timeless piece of art that sounds as fresh today as it did 30 years ago !!! I hope to be able to see Faith No More live..... they're on my bucket list !!🤘🤘🤘🤘

Hard to believe it was 30 years ago. Every time I listen to their music for the first time in a while it shocks me how good it is. And then there were the concerts. Best I've ever been to. Thanks for this documentary. Love taking the trip back.

Listening to that album for the first time was like when Dorothy entered the land of Oz. Everything prior was sepia and devoid of color, after the world opened up and we realized we could see all the colors of the rainbow. I was also really, really high.

what a time to be alive when it out, reading comics and listening to this over and over again with the headphones on was one of my fave music memories of an Australian teenager, I was going through tough times when their next album King for a day came out and I needed it so much i had to steal it on cassette, sorry and thanks FNM! Dad driving me to the city for comics listening to Easy is immortal.

I'm aussie moved to LA listening to this reading mostly marvel Comics from the Golden Apple on Wednesdays.
Shopping my demos to record labels amazing time.
Discovered FNM at the height of hair metal being boring and just before Grunge.
Peter David's Hulk was big for me too.
And "swings in the playground don't even fit me anymore" was from a comic "Big Monster on Campus."
      precious memories indeed.
